I gave the Scandinavian Republic semi Independence, they have their own Governments, but they're still a part of Russia.

Um, Russia is sort of being a war monger. If he dares to do anything in Europe, like moving nuclear weapons without permission of germany (Me), nukes will be confiscated, and given to United kingdom to disable. But other than that great.
