It's time to crush the smaller, weaker nations. (Israel, Vietnam) maybe Serbia if they oppress their people. But most likely I'd be with Serbia if a war broke out. I mean, they did annex diplomatically.

My nation is going to divide into 5 different sates. They are Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and Malaysia. Inside the states will be divided into province. Which shall be the current provinces for now. The country's capital will still be in Saigon and the states capital will be the same city of the old independent country 's capital.(Example, for Cambodia it is Phnom Penh). President Nguyen Van Thieu will step down from office since his term is over. The possible candidates for president are:

Hun Sen- Cambodian Candidate- Cambodian People's Party
Yingluck Shinawatra- Thailand Candidate- Pheu Thai Party
Souvanna Phouma- Laos Candidate- National Progressive Party
Najib Razak-Malaysian Candidate- United Malays National Organisation
Nguyễn Văn Lộc - Vietnamese Candidate- National Social Democratic Party

The nation name is going to be: United States of Southeastern Asian Countries
