Remember that Tacitus still has his thing going on, even if no one has an idea what he's doing. Opium is still after to kill everyone too.

I'm pretty sure that only members of the rebellion are allowed, but the OP might be okay with that. You'll have to ask him.

Well, I'm thinking of making two humans. One on each side of the "civil war" and having them fight against each other.

Should make things interesting with a rivalry like that.

He proved himself in the judicial system, but was corruted at one point, becoming a traitor to his superiors, which led the government to send Frazier after him. Reynold is now on the run, to escape his over-bearing leaders and the one they sent after him... even with his ties to both...
