Character Physical Description (height, weight, apparent age, actual age): A tallish man, lank and with dark shadows framing his eyes. Cose cropped hair was so blonde as to make him appear bald. He, like all of War's cultists, wears a grey wool Nazi uniform; the swastikas ared replaced by an odd symbol. The uniform, officer's cap and boots are flawless and so well maintained that they appear to be brand new. But his eyes - these draw the observer in. They are ebony black pools with an iris so dark that it was nearly indistinguishable from the retina. This sets him apart from the other cultists.

Why the character is in Bielefeld/Occupation: Same reason as the rest - a handy tool.
