Speaking of that IC post... if anything is unclear, let me know. I had to piece together stuff and I've probably screwed up description some. Basically, the bank is at the bottom of a sinkhole, parked in the middle of an underground stream. You can only go upwards (difficult climb) or onwards through the tunnel. It's getting on nighttime, too.

I remember, I was once in Ohio, visiting Grandma with my mom and sister, and one of my mom's cousins (and her three kids) showed up. My grandma was cursing and whining until the came in, and then she acted nice to them so they wouldn't know she didn't want them. They were annoying, with the cousin always talking about other family members, and never watching her kids, except for the seven year-old son. The daughter was a bitch, and the baby was always breaking stuff, but was never punished. The boy was alright, actually, but his sister was always yelling at him.

Me and my cousin hung out with the boy, and taught him about dirty words and condoms. Good times...

I think her thought process at that moment was that she was dead and something falling upon her didn't really matter as she was... dead. Of course it took her a bit to realize she was not.
