A floating trireme? We aren't doing a "crossover" with the Heroes of Olympus series, are we?
Come to the light side.  We have teamwork, waffles, popcorn, grape juice, and way too much ramen.

Unless one is a genealogist, therapist, geneticist, or FBI agent - who is acting within the scope of their job - to claim that anyone is wrong about their own identity is not merely absurd but also extremely rude.

We actually do have children of gods in PL, including my main character. It's nothing like the Percy Jackson series, though. I think I actually once alluded to the books themselves existing within the universe of PL...
HOWEVER:
Rick Riordan writes all his "mythology kids" books from the perspective that he is recording actual events (such as in The Kane Chronicles where every book is presented as being a transcript of recorded voice tapes he receives). So should anyone come into PL wanting to write from the Riordan genre (and assuming the CoOPs allow it), that opening is still there.

She probably would, but, come to think of it, based on what I know of her she actually has a lot in common with them- besides the obvious- and, if half of my interpretations are accurate, she very well might be a heroine on par with any one of them.

EDIT: That brings up a really interesting point. What's fictional in Bielefield? Obviously nothing is totally fictional within the omniverse...

I have amassed dibs rights on the uses of Doctor Who, Portal, Jurassic Park, Night Vale, and Atomic Robo in PL over my time here. I also have dibs on 37 historical figures (including Nikola Tesla, Thomas Jefferson, and Carl Sagan).

So far things exist in a semi-fictional state, or could be explained with the literary agent hypothesis. Both Jurassic Park and Doctor who are popular films/shows but they both exist (the raptors are smart enough to f*** up the very fabric of reality)

In the most basic principles, yes, but from the books I've read, Gio has been comparatively more pampered in life (her goddess mom was actually raised her), and is (at this current age) less capable of things in terms of raw ability than most of them (she has powers, but nothing effectively epic like controlling water). However, she's been on her fair share of epic adventures. It'd be an interesting comparison, but as the balance of PL stands, it lies mostly in the realm of speculation right now how she would relate to the Riordan demigods.

Not to mention some of the featured gods in the Riordan universe have also come up in PL (Anubis comes off the top of my head), and the interpretations have differed broadly. So yeah. Just speculation. Some strange fan of both us and him can go write fanfiction if they want.

It would also be interesting considering the fact that many of my characters follow Roman/Greek Mythos. so It would bring those gods more directly involved in PL, possibly. It would be interesting, nonetheless.

I noticed. Please read Prim's request not to bring too many people.

I'm going to divert people who have less of an interest.
