They got parts of France, The Italian parts of Switzerland, some of the Balkans and a whole lot of Africa. Even if Germany had something Italy wanted, it would know if the axis collapse, much of Italia's land would be stripped from her ( I.E: The French would take back their land, the Swiss would likely be granted independence and want their land. )

It would really be a mind bogglingly stupid idea.

You might have to TBH. They won't just take them for themselves, as they want the Nazis to fall and be a nonissue for them, and it's the only reliable way to get weapons to the F.R.L.

Assuming the Italians did as well as they did in OTL, they got butchered in any real fight and only won when led by competent German leaders ( like Rommel. ) And yet, Germany still treated them fairly, gave them much of the Med, Africa and India. If they would have a bone to pick with anyone, it would be the Ottomans ( sorry Grand ) over dominance over the Med and Egypt.

No, I mean, disregarding actually obtaining the weapons, I don't think the Internationale could physically move that many supplies across such a distance. Atleast, without being discovered by the Gestapo.
