Hm. What if I made a group called "The Revolutionists"? Their main goals would be to obviously make the Axis crumble, etc.
And it satisfies the Free French Forces' occupation. Though, I'm sure it'll be different in a few areas.

Well, right now, I'm planning to steal Ottoman uniforms, weapons and such. Then, cross the Ottoman-German border, and mislead the Germans into believing the Ottomans attacked them, leading to a possible war between the Ottomans and Germans, leading to resources being used up by both sides that control Ukraine.

Problem. Finding a way to steal the Ottoman shit.

It's not like a standing army or anything. Those are people who actively help the resistance in some form, and are ready to help out when a fight breaks out near them. Like militias.

The civilians are just people who are sympathetic to the cause and such, will hide members of it, maybe help with food and such.

I don't really care to much about the members, but as militias that is much better. The last thing I wish to ask, is about the factories. How does you resistance group control factories?
