Pledge your allegiance to Germany, and form a group of Ukrainians with ( alleged ) Germanic heritage eager to assimilate and ruthlessly hunt down all partisans?

Wait, can I make a custom organization or are there premade ones? I don't see premade ones in the OP, so that's why I am wondering.
It's customized but I think the OP wants someone to play the role of the Free French Forces, you know to be a thorn on the Krauts, the Sushis (Japanese), or the Pastas (Italy)

Hm. What if I made a group called "The Revolutionists"? Their main goals would be to obviously make the Axis crumble, etc.
And it satisfies the Free French Forces' occupation. Though, I'm sure it'll be different in a few areas.

I was originally going to be the Free French, but someone suggested Australia.
Just a question:
You have 245,000 thousand soldiers and weapons factories? I'm no op or co-op, but how exactly do you have a army, bigger then French military today, in occupied territory as a rebel?
And second, how do you control weapon factories in occupied territories after occupation has lasted 18 years?

It's not like a standing army or anything. Those are people who actively help the resistance in some form, and are ready to help out when a fight breaks out near them. Like militias.
The civilians are just people who are sympathetic to the cause and such, will hide members of it, maybe help with food and such.
