How big, well equipped, and well trained are the armies of Siberia, Turkomenistan, and Transamur?

I don't have any real numbers off the top of my head, but here's a brief summery...

Turkomenistan: The largest of the group, fairly well-equip (German and Ottoman weaponry), with a strong military training program; German and Ottoman military advisors to keep them up-to-date

Siberia: Mostly outdated Soviet equiptment, and about mid-way between the Turkomen and Transmur. Strong morale, but somewhat outdated tactics

Transamur: Smallest, army, Japanese Arms, and with a fairly well versed officer corps.

Restricted economies don't work well without rubber, oil, or all the other goods that are exclusively held and shipped by the Dutch

Without us, the Axis grinds to a halt, it is why I am able to be considered an Axis power without having a huge army

After all, why would any Axis nation build trade ships when the Dutch own so many, and provide trade so readily? They wouldn't, they would just let the Dutch corner the markets, and uphold their government, but yank on the choke chain if they do something bad, like Germany did earlier in the RP

So far however, they seem content to continue going on as they were before. What I was saying is:
A. If that would affect them that way, it should be affecting them that way
B. If not, then it wouldn't and they aren't really strained

Essentially, if the OP decides that it's enough strain, I want it to actively strain them.
