While I can't find the story, I do remember the characters.

A Junkers Ju 88, Tiger I, Panzer IV, and a Carro Armato M15/42. It's during the end days of the war, in the north of Italy. The Carro mage is being hunted down by veangeful anti-fascists, the Panzer IV has escaped captivity after the July 20 Plot was unmasked, and Tiger I is simply looking for her sister.

It's nothing dirty. It's Girls und Panzer. The two girls holding the leashes are sisters in rivaling schools and the two dog/wolf girls are, I assume cause I haven't seen the whole anime, at each others throats constantly.

Not at each other throats constantly. They only meet one or two times before the final battle. They would probably be rivals though, because they're both devoted to one of the sisters.
