We should decide when and if he shows interest. Allowing him without him showing interest might not be in our best interests because he might not have "changed" enough as he wasn't wiling to come to us first.

Well I mean, if he is going to start insulting us all, questioning our education (as implying that we are simply stupid), and be manipulative (e.g. sending threat TGs, telling everyone that he suffers of a terminal disease and that each one player is his only friend, etc), then no. But if he grew up and is not going to start all that crap again then I don't have a problem with him joining.
