I've got a week to catch up on RL things (I'm taking a break from all RP except PL this week) and then I'll be able to estimate my gaming schedule a bit better. I'm still interested!

That's fine...
But your post... you're gonna have to redo the portion about her visiting Abstergo or Manticore. Why? Eyes Only would cut her off for even a hint of collaboration. They're a grassroots campaign that brings in people accountable by kith and kin or as close to as possible. This means trust was earned and extended. If she is gonna be so flippant about it, then place Helena as "independent" and "diplomat" with no knowledge of Eyes or Manticore.

She has knowledge of them, but she doesn't necessarily go into friendly contact with them. She will occasionally leak info about Manticore and Abstergo to Eyes through simple codes that she sends through her own means. Basically, she helps Eyes, but in such a way that she had only met them in person once and in such a way that no one knows of these leaks, which are tiny and near impossible to outsee.

That's... what I'm saying. These leaks will be known. Eyes Only may 'dance with the devil' by risking contact with Helena, but they will know which contact was placed to Helena and what information was given & received. Because Eyes Only is small, they cannot afford some diplomat putting her nose where she doesn't belong only while simultaneously having "idle" chats with their enemies. Sorry hun, the power brokering/balancing is on me, not Helena, not this quickly. You can definitely work up to that point, like an over-arcing story plot about her, "ha! I've betrayed ALL of you!" but not THIS soon.
See the difference?

The leaks are to the Eyes Only, not to Manticore, so she's helping Eyes. And Helena isn't stupid enough to betray someone she put so much work in, it's completely illogical.
Eyes Only aren't stupid either, they will pick up the info brought by Helena as carefully as possible so I didn't see the problem considering that, even should Helena betray the Eyes, Manticore wouldn't really have a chance at doing anything against Eyes. Even if they would capture the person who was meant to collect such info, they might as well commit suicide before they start interrogating them.

Hmm, maybe its the way you worded it that I've misinterpreted her actions then, which is completely possible since I'm dealing with a lot of personal stress right now. I'll watch for now.... who is she hoping to meet (if any?) at Crash? Or just open for the rest of the players?

No one at all. It's a place where she sips some alcohol and is alone with her thoughts.
