Affiliation: (Civilian, Manticore, Cop, etc. etc.) Varies from time to time, however she 'likes' Eyes Only slightly more.
Special Abilities/Area of Expertise: (if any, nothing overpowered) Talk, diplomacy, chantage, deceit and politics. Knows quite well in evolutionary biology and economics. Very good strategist and a powerful ally to have.
Short Bio: (Required, no exceptions. Include character personality and quirks, you know - a bio) Helena was born into a house of efficient economists, powerful politicians and genius scientists. Obviously genetics did their part in creating Helena the way she is- a very successful EU diplomat to the US. Helena and her family were moderately hit by the terrorist attack, but Helena saw this as an opportunity to push herself into the highest possible position she could achieve. But, as the EU was hit very hard by the terrorist attack, she became a British diplomat instead. Helena always does her best to get her way, be it through untruth and deceit, or diplomacy and gifts. She was sent to Seattle, living in a very well-off apartment, she's sort of just there whenever she doesn't have any work. Her main goal is to slowly bend the third world US under the Europe and its allies, one of the reasons she's a secret but not very strong at all supporter of Eyes Only.

Giving the assumption you did (ya lazy bum!), Europa faction is out the window unless it becomes small, and I mean very, very small. Too many countries, too much influence, too opposite to what this world is, and ultimately too much game changing issues.


To answer the CoOp question: No. It has been filled and will be announced once I've got more players and able to launch to the IC. No need to stress out my Co-Op when we haven't even gotten a fair amount of players yet. Until then, its just me you're gonna deal with. -insert ebil laughter-

Yeah, sorry no can do. The original 4 organizations, plus the government as a separate entity on its own, are already powerful players in their own right; adding other huge elements would upset the balance too fast too soon in such an isolated setting. Reducing your faction's influence/power/capabilities to fit into this setting shouldn't be too difficult and could actually (delightfully!) complicate other peoples' agendas.

Short Bio: A native of Jamaica (Queens, NYC), he lived through the later part of the Civil Rights Movement era during his childhood and saw society changing for the better during that time. While his early life wasn't one of leisure - he worked in his parents' hardware store as soon as they considered him old enough in addition to school - he grew up relatively well-adjusted. Going to college gave him an accounting degree, which was good enough for the IRS to hire him. He moved to Seattle and has been working in the IRS office there since.

A bit of an optimist, he's dismayed by the changes he sees now occurring around him as opposed to what society went through when he was a kid, and is starting to realize - slowly - that all that glitters is not gold. Where that realization will take him now is as yet a mystery.

Special Abilities/Area of Expertise: Hacking skills and a minimal training on how to fire a handgun.
Short Bio: (Required, no exceptions. Include character personality and quirks, you know - a bio) A British-American son from two children, he is the young one. His British mother was a bartender in Seattle while his father is an owner of a restaurant at Sector 6 of Seattle. He was 3 age different from his brother, but they are close friend. While his brother was a college footballer and a member of College Football All-American and went into military, he went to MIT and graduated as one of the best students. After graduation, he went to the Google company and worked there as employee. He was recruited to the Eyes Only at some time in this point, and he gained overlay of power stations and communication network of Sector 6 and use this as the valuable resource to the Eyes Only.

After the changes, he became more motivated to the Eyes Only, by which he grew into a such a paranoid and over-confident person. This is risky to his decisions, but nonetheless, still able to do his job.

Special Abilities/Area of Expertise: Excellent stamina and athletic, as well as skilled in marksmanship and combat, although he's not a Spec Ops soldier, so he's not that skilled.
Short Bio: Former US soldier, serving in the Army for 12 years. Born as the older brother of Jake Weston, he was such an athletic man that he followed every sports he can, but particularly with the American Football, and excelled in his college years and made it into the All-American College Team. After graduation from the college, he was enlisted into the Army as enlisted officer and later, NCO.

It isn't specified on why he was employed, but it was during the 10th years of his service that he joined Abstergo, first as one of the security member, and later, after he resigned from the military 3 weeks before the pulse, became one of the head of security following the pulse. He lived with his brother, Jake Weston, and unknowingly, both hide their true identity in sides.
