Portugal owns some of Galicia. To be technical, their homeland is also the middle of Spain in the form of Celtiberia

According to Wikipedia this is their homeland just north of Portugal and easy to move too. Also why are they revolting exactly?

They can, however, be effective in small numbers as well. A common tactic of the time was to mix arquebusiers with pikemen, and it worked for a while. The pikes could keep the charging enemy back, while the arquebusiers could be close enough to shoot them.

Unlike France, the Germanic conquests of Hispania left very little of a mark, which is why Spain retains more Latin grammar and pronunciations than French, as well as the native Basque influences rather than Germanic ones.

The Songhai are more zealous than other Islamic nations. That's all I can really say. Avoid the Ottomans as well, though they are a bit more open. Guns are something you have to receive second-hand from one of the smaller nations that owns them.
