Much like modern Spain. Technically, the only culture truly native to Spain anymore is Basque. The others are influenced by Latin cultures, hence Romano-Iberian.

If it were just England, there'd be little issue. If it were England and Wales, France would have to focus a bit. With England, Wales, and Scotland under their rule, France has to pay their attention towards Britain. Especially with Brittany's allying Britain. With France's new cessions, Britain will need Ireland to be able to equal French power.

If it were just England, there'd be little issue. If it were England and Wales, France would have to focus a bit.
