Description Star Wars: The Eternal War is a character RP that place in an alternate 5 BBY, where the reemergence of the Zakuulan Eternal Empire has resulted in the collapse of the Galactic Empire, the founding of the New Republic and the reestablishment of the Jedi Order, and the rise of Zakuul as a major Galactic power. The RP begins shortly after the death of the old Zakuulan Emperor and the ascension of his unhinged son, whose first order was the orbital bombardment of every major city on Hosnian Prime and Carida in response to uprisings there. Fearing what the mad Emperor may do next, several high ranking officials in the Imperial remnants agreed to a temporary alliance with the New Republic and formed an elite joint task comprised of their finest warriors with the sole purpose of ending the Eternal Empire. And that's where you come in...

Description
On 25 January 1959, Pope John XXIII less than three months after his election in October 1958, announced his intention to convene the Second Vatican Council. This came as a great shock to many in the church, as there had been little public or private discussion of the idea. The Second Vatican Council, which would begin on 11 October 1962, would later prove to be among the most pivotal events in the history of the Catholic Church.

Events, however, are nothing without those who make them. In this RP, you will be playing the role of either one of the bishops taking part in the council, as one of the Periti who advise the bishops and cardinals, or as one of the observers sent by the Orthodox or Protestant Churches. You shall be among those that shall shape the future of the Catholic Church, for good or for ill.

Description
In the world of Anara, magic abounds. That about sums it up, nobody even asks about the existence of magic because almost everybody knows. Of course not everybody has the gift of magical use, but it’s thick in the very air around them. Humans and other races live side by side, although not always in harmony. Some love it, some fear it but they all know that it’s there.
And the magic is also interwoven with the gods, the people of Anara know that their gods are real and there’s no doubt about it. Immensely powerful, immortal and with domain over every aspect of the universe, the gods are responsible for the balance of their world. They vary, these loved and sometimes loathed deities. Some are kind, some are cruel, some are petty, some are wise, but many are as implacable as nature itself. Some of them even have children with mortals, called demigods. And these demigods are often famous as scientists, heroes and warriors all throughout history. They are revered and worshipped and often called upon by their worshippers in times of great peril. Most fancy themselves untouchable and many nearly are, but not everybody loves the gods. In fact some might even say that they’ve ruled long enough and it’s time for somebody else to rule. Of course this almost never works for mortals but they’ve never given up trying. For all of their different domains, all gods and goddesses have the same few abilities, the ability to change shape at will and the ability to possess a vessel, or human body and speak through them. All deities are technically genderless, but they go with the gender that they prefer and identify with and that’s their form:
Junior gods, or godlings as they are called are gods and goddesses in training. Often appearing as young children or early teenagers despite being hundreds or even thousands of years old, they are immensely powerful in their own right but with watered down versions of their aspects and nowhere nearly as powerful as a senior god, or a full fledged deity. There are trials and tests that junior gods go through every million years to prove that they are worthy of being senior gods. If they pass they receive their full powers in a graduation ceremony of some sort. Like for instance the junior god/goddess of fire would receive the Sacred Flame, the first fire ever lit and the origin of fire in the universe. They’d absorb it into themselves and become the new god/goddess of fire.
Senior gods: Now senior gods are a little more tricky, they’re the Big and the Bad. These great kahunas have been around for millennia, some even as old as or older than the world. These are your big guys, the gods that literally shape Anara and the creatures that lie therein. God of time, Goddess of night, god of the sun, you know, peeps like that. Could crumble an entire planet if they wanted to, and their wars have thundered and raged over Anara during wartime and when it’s peacetime has provided stability.

Los Angeles, 2016. New Year's coming, and it's gonna be here in one month. Not exactly one month, but you have the general idea. The world's moving around normally, which should be fine.

If not for the fact that mutants exist.

First revealed through the military operations when Allied Forces discovered the awful truth during D-Day on Normandy. Some of their patrol units were slaughtered and yet there were no evidences of them killed by bullets or knives or even artillery shells. They just sort of hit by blunt force, pressing them down at the same times. What a horrifying incident, we might add. Allied decided to up the levels of their patrol by adding the elements of SOE, OSS, and NKVD to their patrol units in case it was ever needed. Which did. They found evidences of mutants hitting them when they were patrolling. Soon, with the evidences of it, Allied sending in large numbers of soldiers and specialized operators during the final days of Nazi Germany. Subsequent smaller fights ensued, and although they won, they also lost large amounts of soldiers. Given that the mutants proved to be an excellent threats, Operation Paperclip and other similar operations initiated by other members of the Allied with the intention to captured the knowledge of mutations and genetics as well as other...experiments, more mundane ones.

They though they know how to make one. But unfortunately, the real secrets - that mutants made naturally through genetics mutations and not through experiments - were destroyed in an attempt by Nazi to stopped them from getting the research. They did able to formed mutants through experiment, but came mostly from humans with no mutations at all, giving them abilities but at limited scope, making them effective but not as effective as they hoped. But even public not knows them at full scope, they only made appearance through conspiracy theorists.

Came the 2016. Soon, the world will be forced to open their eyes on the mutants, whether they prepared, or not...

Publicly, the existence status of mutant is unknown to the public, only exists on conspiracy theorists' blogs, circles, and so on. Military and government on the other hand knows very much about mutants, but still armed with limited knowledge regarding the full extension of the mutations on mutants.

Description
Dark City is an open world where one can enter in any place or position in the city- from manager of a TV station (such as EGO) to purse snatcher. Film Star or Gumshoe- the choice is yours and I'll do my best to build a story. The city does have a back story and an ongoing plot involving the characters mentioned in the 'Famed of Dark City' section of the OP. Players can elect to play one of those characters if they like. Even if they don't the characters will be present and impacting the setting.

This Political/military RP is set in the Republic of China, March 10th, 1912. China has just recently finished the Xinhai revolution - a massive conflict between Qing loyalists and anti-Qing forces which would end in the destruction of the Qing Dynasty and for the creation of Republic of China. Sun Yat-sen, the father of the revolution, leader of the KMT as well as the political wing of the revolution was it's first official president. In return for the presidency, Qing general Yuan Shikai made a deal with Sun Yat-sen calling for him to force the emperor to Abdicate - which on December 29th of 1911, he did. Historically, Sun Yat-sen would step down as president on March 10th of 1912, and would hand over the presidency to Yuan Shikai. Yuan would go on a mere three years later to declare himself emperor and would lose a civil war over the legitimacy of that claim. The following decades would be marked by unending anarchy and civil war, resulting in the eventual take over by Mao Zedong.

Our point of Divergence will be March 8th, 1912. Sun and Yuan, while sitting in the back of a car driving through the city of Peking, are both killed in an accidental crash. The current president and his successor ( as well as the head of the military ) have both been killed on the same day and right after a massive revolution. From this point onward, we shall decide what occurs. We shall take on the roles of peoples living during that time, anyone person living in China during that time: a general, a politician, a priest, an industrialist, a clerk, what ever - so long as they were not real. Each of us will have a hand, one way or another, in shaping the path of China. This mostly intended to be a political game, were in we shape the path of China through politics, but considering the volatile nature of the country, it can certainly be a military RP as well.

We will start the game off two days after Sun Yat-sen died. All politicians and generals have been invited to Peking to discuss the future of the Republic.

Description

The galaxy is in Chaos, and only seeming to get worse. Over Half a millennium of conflict and there seems to be no end in sight. Sith Warlords stalk the galaxy to carve out personal Empires from the ruins of the Republic and Sith Empire, as do smaller powers such as the Mandalorians and Hutts.

Our story takes place on the world of Krosis, an Outer Rim planet in a newly founded independent nation. Under siege by the Sith with no relief in sight, the planet is suffering. Wartorn and damaged, the locals refuse to give into Sith domination and neither does the sector government.

However, that doesn't matter very much to us. We, the Corsin Defense Conglomerate, have been hired by Czerka Arms Corp to help their Enforcers with tasks around the planet as they prepare to remove operations and supplies. While the conflict initially was profitable for them, even Czerka knows when to pull out of a lost cause. While on world we'll take other, shorter term contracts as well, doing whatever needs donem, as long as we get paid.

Description

The Turkey we know today is no more. In this RP, the notable 2016 Turkish Coup D'etat succeeded thanks to the planning of various scheming generals within the Turkish military and notable officials in the government itself. While in real life the attempt only lasted for roughly 1-2 days, in this RP, the coup was much longer, lasting for approximately eight months before the government finally succumbed to the military.

Players in Task Force Aegis will be members of NATO special forces, specifically from the United States of America, Great Britain, France and Germany, as the Task Force undertakes various aspects of guerrilla warfare against the dictatorship of Turkey such as ambushing convoys, raiding military compounds, capturing high ranking officers of the dictatorship's military and supporting the local rebel movement. The end goal for the Task Force however, is not the downfall of the dictatorship, but rather capturing the man responsible for it and disabling the various NATO nuclear warheads that had been stored in Turkey before the coup took place.

The RP is inspired by the recent video game Ghost Recon: Wildlands, although it takes no aspects of the game from it. Players will be starting out from a small rebel base located in rural Turkey where they can resupply, rearm, rest, interact with one another and plan various future operations. Operations themselves do not have to include the entire roster, since guerrilla warfare relies on small cells of troops coordinating smoothly together. These operations will tend to be independent from one another, and will only rely on small four-man teams to complete them. As a result, this allows for maximum "drop in, drop out" fluidity so as long as an individual does not go inactive during the middle of an operation. This also ensures that recently joined players do not have to idle about in the "home" thread, and can instead immediately start planning operations with other idle players before undertaking them, preventing the grind and waiting process on other players.

Description
Tales of Two Horizons is a crafted alternate nation rp based on the premise of having Eastern Great Powers that are comparable to the Great Powers of Europe. A roughly medieval pod begins in the east with the fall of the Yuan Dynasty and the beginning of the Time of Sorrows (More Poetic Name Pending) and in the west with an alternate Iberian wedding. So it's a bit different than your normal Pokemon region where everyone goes blasting off again. So what's different well Corbi is a region full of politics. "Down with Pro-Cooperation!" she shouts and the crowd burst into cheers. Tough events. "Lurantis use solar blade," she says very quietly. Lurantis's arm begins glowing and it charges at Pikachu. It swings its arm knocking the Pikachu across the arena. New Pokemon. The ground began to rumble as a dark shadow came out of the cave. Their are many more things that makes the Corbi region so unique but the real question is are you ready to face the challenge of becoming this year's Event Champion?

Description
Five years have passed since the Battle of Jakku and the defeat of the Galactic Empire. The New Republic has begun the process of rebuilding the galaxy, and Luke Skywalker, hero of the Rebellion, has taken steps to restore the Jedi Order, creating a new Jedi Academy on the world of D’Qar. With him are the few Jedi Knights he has since trained in the ways of the Force, and together they and the next generation seek a new beginning of light where once there was only darkness.

Peace, however, is fragile, and the New Republic struggles to confirm its place amongst the galaxy, its power tenuous amidst a divided peoples. Hutt territory is expanding, the Imperial Remnant is steadfastly defiant, and the Dark Side lurks just out of sight.

The New Jedi Order is young, untested, but in the coming years the next generation of Jedi will take the mantle of protecting the galaxy as countless men and women have down for eons before. The Jedi Academy of D’Qar is merely the start, and should it succeed the Jedi will once again find their place in the Force. But first they must survive the trials ahead.

Description

Side story flavoring of the mech vs. zombies RP of GAMA focused more on gritty survival and factional strife in the aftermath of the collapse of civilization. A three pronged tense partnership oversees the happenings in the town of Anchorage, Alaska, where surviving members of Russia, China, and the Northern Anglo countries like America, Canada, and the United Kingdom have banded together (somewhat) to continue survival and try to rebuild what's left of civilization. Threats loom on the horizon, but the enemy may be closer than you think.

Description
This is a superhuman RP. It all started with the Kalumans, vastly powerful moon beings. They are constrained by bonds even more powerful than they, their origin unknown by any being. They are filled with a hatred so powerful that it drives their will to live. This hatred comes from their envy of humans, their neighbors that have thrived with their freedom, evolving, growing so much more powerful. Their bonds, however, are growing weaker and weaker. They feel joyous, anxious to be released from their bonds. They even managed to access a fraction of their power, projecting their will over certain weak-minded humans. They wanted to make them heralds, announcers of their coming, but they couldn't hold on to such weak minds for long. And so, they commanded their servants to capture certain humans, to experiment on them. To combined Kaluman power with their own DNA. The experiments backfired, the DNA mutating uncontrollably. Giving the experimented humans power, power to fight back against their captors. The captors fought back, and a bloodbath ensued, with them on the losing end. The Kalumans bid their last few servants to use their remaining power, to alter the experiments' mind. To make them forget, and to bring them back from whence they came. You are one of the experiments, captured months, maybe years ago, and just found recently. You are physically fine, but you feel a stare, someone watching you, their eyes digging into you. And you start to have dreams, impossible dreams that leave you with more questions than answers. Your body responds, giving you gifts that seem impossible, but your dreams reveal nothing about why. In this dangerous situation,you decide what happens.

Description
The characters where born on the Bacā'a, a ship crewed by twelve generations of colonist bound for Theta 5. Description
This is a reboot of my old RP Angelic, since nobody posted the first time around maybe it'll get better this time. I really want it to work, it's awesome.
Heaven and Hell, the ancient foes that have been at each other's throats ever since time began, or perhaps even before that nobody knows. We all know that the angels are the good guys and the demons are bad, right? Well not always, it's the norm but not all heavenly beings are good and not all demons are bad just like not all humans are all good or all bad. Heaven isn't all sparkles and rainbows, because angels are more human like than people care to think. They fight and squabble, they love, they hate, they hold grudges, some even have sex with non angels (which is a big no-no). Hell is a pretty bad place, like BAD. But to some it has its good points. However during the war for heaven over five thousand years ago, things came to a stalemate. Heaven triumphed and the world was at piece again, all was well. Even the primordial races of the Earth have started to come to some sort of truce.

At least it WAS all well, until recently. Things have been pretty chill so far, but then it happened. Nobody knows how it happened, but they do know why. Somebody has broken into the Vault, Heaven's strongest fortress used for storing things. It's said to be impenetrable, but apparently it wasn't as impenetrable as everybody thought. Bottom line is that somebody broke in and stole the Tesseract, it looks unassuming at first glance, just a simple black stone but in reality it's the most powerful object known in the universe. It has the energy to destroy entire planets...or universes as well as reform them, and that's what's scary about all this. Of course people suspect a demon taking it, who else could have broken into the vault? However some suspect an inside job, maybe an angel gone rogue. Anyway, there is a machine buried in a vault in the center of the Earth called the Doomsday Device, forged millions of years ago. It can only be powered by the Tesseract, and it's the machine that's gonna bring about the apocalypse/endwar. However, if it's activated too soon...not only will the apocalypse destroy Earth, but also the entire universe. The rulers of hell have long planned to trigger the early Apocalypse to take over Heaven, and that's what they're afraid of. Whoever took the Tesseract, they didn't take it because it looks pretty. The scramble is against the clock, Heaven has mounted a retrieval mission to get it back and Hell is trying to take it for themselves. Whose side are you on?

This is modern day Earth, 2017. The starting city, Toronto, Canada. You play as one of the listed races (angels and demons are the main ones though) and you're either trying to get the Tesseract back to stop the apocalypse, taking it for yourself to start it, aiding your allies or trying to keep out of all this drama but end up getting sucked in anyway. The choice is yours.

Hello, and welcome to The Stolen God, a Character RP based on the popular book series Percy Jackson and The Olympians and Heroes of Olympus written by Rick Riordan. This RP is a collaborative work of many individuals who are all fans of the series that are wanting to expand the series a bit on our own terms. Players will have the chance to become a member of one of the two camps, Camp Half-Blood or Camp Jupiter. With the exception of the Big Three (Zeus, Hades, and Poseidon/Jupiter, Pluto, and Neptune), you have the choice of being the child of any god you chose and inherit their abilities. The existing source material is the set background lore of the series, so while anyone can join, it would be highly recommended to familiarize yourself with the series if you aren't already.

Players will have a chance to embark on a quest that, in Riordan fashion, will either save or destroy the Gods and the world around them. It will be up to you to decide how exactly you do this, which is why this RP is recommended for those willing to stay committed. While we understand that the real world takes precedence over this, going inactive when your character will be a major player the RP will hurt the RP as a whole. So while this is open to anyone who applies with an appropriate application, we suggest that you seriously want to involve yourself in this, especially if you want to be a key role in the RP.

Description
In late 60s the US discovers a rather suspicious and oddly inactive military installation in the Caucasus Mountain Range. With it's proximity to both Turkey and Iran, NATO concludes that such an unknown cannot be left to simply sit there, so they assemble a team of NATO operatives to recon and ascertain the nature of the facility.

However, unknown to NATO the facility is tied to a similar -yet mildly unsuccessful- operation in 1946, in which a team was dispatched to Argentina to remove hold outs of a Nazi paranormal research division. With no knowledge of this, the team risks falling prey to the same creatures, anomalies, mental afflictions and creations that their older team did, all the while in hostile territory, and trying to track down the mastermind behind all of it.

Description

The world as we know it is dead. On the third of May, 2020 and event that was inevitable happened. The sun unleashed on of its most powerful spectacles, a Coronal Mass Ejection. From the minute it ruptured out of the sun to the time it reached Earth was a little over eight minutes. Supercharged gas and electronic radiation slammed into the Earth magnetosphere. In eight minutes the world as we know it is dead as an electromagnetic pulse kills nearly every single piece of electronics.

For the first time in over a century darkness rules over the world. Panic grips the world's population, riots consume once great cities and disease once more grips its fingers around the once mighty industrialized nations. Nations the world over a ripped asunder and the old world drifts into myth, and from myth to legend.

720 years have passed since the end of the world and man has clawed his way back up the technological ladder. Across Europe and North America the ways of industrialization are once more being rediscovered, with the spinning jenny once more revolutionizing the textile industry. Across the industrializing world the need of new markets and new resources once more echos in the chambers of kings and parliaments, national pride spurs on the building of great colonial empires.

Description
Heavily inspired by classic X-Men, RPers play out the role of superheroes as they emerge onto the public scene. The opening date is Christmas Eve 2016. Mutants are thrust into the public eye after one of them caused an explosion at Los Angeles International Airport. Some nations had already known about (and tested on) mutantkind already, but now their attention has doubled. The public doesn't necessarily know how to feel about the new breed of humans, and the RP will lightly touch on the social ramifications. To be honest, though, most people would probably be more interested in the action and adventure, so there will be plenty of both!
