Yeah, I though he would be more peaceful. I also was expecting full scale war with Russia, and his position would have been useful to the EU.
But, I still need to go in and fly to Istanbul, and have him sign the treaty.

My justification is that Bolivia is raising lithium taxation to ultra high levels-therefor halting the Turkish Car industry, which is our biggest. Also, i waited for multiple in RP weeks for them to back it down.

Number One: It's my only one, and the Turkish ship building industry is indeed big.

Number Two: Bolivia announced a tax against ALL nations involved in the ME Ruso war, which i sent my navy on the side of NATO for. My car industry is a big part of the overall economy, therfor of massive importance.

I think if we do a new thread, its after the Middle Eastern war. the EU is having economical issues (which are my fault), Ruso-American tensions are at an all time high, and Chinese-Japanese tensions are at a high as well
