wat

this is the last thing Canada needs right now . . .

To be fair, it has been discussed IRL. Canada was mulling over whether or not to obtain a light aircraft carrier for its Pacific Navy to project power. It's mostly due to the rise of China and the need to counter their influence.

The US has that under control. Canada's navy is full of extremely outdated ships and frankly a new aircraft carrier is no use when the surrounding fleet and planes on it are not up to par technologically. Canada has no need for an aircraft carrier when the primary purpose of the navy is to patrol the lengthy coastline.

I agree, Canada is not being threatened it is a waste of money that could be used to develop Canada's Natural resources

I was under the impression that the Berlin riots would spread to a nation wide revolution, hence why I deployed three brigades into Germany. I wouldn't have even sent half of that if I'd known it was just Berlin. However, if we decide that it is only Berlin, then I can either go back and scale back my deployment, or I can withdraw two of my brigades.
I basically operate the same way as real life France. The only difference is that I use some different military hardware and that I have a population of about 240 million.

Can we set in stone how wide scale the revolution in Germany is? I don't want to deploy three entire brigades (I'm hesitant to even deploy one) if it's only in three German cities. I was anticipating this to essentially be a civil war.

It could still be. I don't know yet.

I was going to put a Neo-Nazi revolt in as well.

It has 26,000 Right-Wing sympathizers, with 6,000 neo-nazi's still around in the Polish-Berlin Area. Although with the rest of the country, would still be kinda unpopular.

A minority can still cause a ruckus, even make it appear as a 'revolt', but I don't see them being able to reasonably seize power.
