You could always deport all the Russians, seize Russian assets, sanction and freeze Russian accounts, ban travel and trade, denounce Putin, deploy peacekeepers to Russian borders, call for international condemnation and make some bald jokes.

They are all ok expect the second option. Cannot blame the actions of the government on the people.

Similar stuff that I did, I also added tariffs and stuff, but no one really cared for that. Maybe, Russia will pay more attention to your actions

I can be flexible. But making them leave lets Russia know they are truely not welcome.

No. Couldn't happen and the US wouldn't want it. The US controls the UN whether it looks like it does or not. It is a model similar to its system and follows its interest. A system where a UN had the right to violate the sovereignty of states would not be looked highly upon by the US or any nation for that matter.

That would only work if the P4 and G4 along with their allies all support this.

It actually could, now would they do it is a no. But for one, the United Nations is on their soil, and they have the full right to close it down if they wish. Now they could just move to another country and keep it going, but if we are going in terms of starting up a new United Nations, then everyone would just drop it anyway.
