There is no mechanism to remove an SC member so you'd have to change the Charter which any permanent member can veto. That's how it works RL anyways. I think it would be a bit unfair to change it because Russia is in a vulnerable situation. Otherwise, France would have been considered for removal long before Russia.

We could always just start a new institution if you guys think it's that bad.... NUN anyone?

Well right now their economy is going to shambles, and with Wargames in the pacific, Ukraine In Europe, Turkey in the Black Sea, Finland in Scandinavia, Georgia in Eurasia and China on their border the Russian military would be spread very thin, plus they'd likely begin losing influence over many of their oil rich allies like the -Stans.

They've already lost all of their pacific and southasian allies, and South America has effectively turned into a Brazilian puppet region, so it isn't hard to say Russia is a shadow of what it would be in 2012 and a speck compared to the Soviet Union.

You also may want to take into account that the only way Russia can ship is from Arctic ports or by literally sailing around Australia in the pacific (Assuming South America follows suit and cuts off trade with Russia)
