What I think to be the most democratic proposal for the ukraine russia crisis would be form them to hold the region in joint custody
granting the citizens there the option for either ukrainian or russian citizenship or both. As to the issue of the european union is russia
itself not a european nation in part why should it not join it as well. "blessed are the peace makers"

The others are 4.5 trillion, cny is about 4, etc etc. I'd say its 10-15 trillion

Russia has to go through the Finnish portion of the gulf of Finland to get into The Baltic sea, so it could end up like the Black Sea.
