I think the nuclear crisis might spur anarchy in Russia if nukes fly towards Moscow. It'd be... interesting.

Should we impose treaties on Spain?

We could start a coalition, me and Turkey, and build it up. Eventually, we may get large enough to intimidate Spain into doing what we want.

I entirely agree. If the EU cuts off aid then Spain would be in anarchy in weeks.

Well the best one to date:

Terrorist have seized Nuclear Weapons in Siberia, and are threatning to shoot them unless Putin resigns. Here is part of the post:

"Greetings, citizens. Behind me is a nuclear facility in Siberia, in it are 3 nuclear warheads capable of flattening any city in the globe. We have them at our disposal and are not afraid to use them."

"We demand the resignation of president Vladimir Putin, the Russian people have suffered long enough under this regime!. Should any Russian military strike come at this base or we detect any launches at it, We will fire these warheads, the first one at Moscow."

"Should any Foreign Power feel the need to intervene, they will suffer the same fate." He signalled the connection to be cut, and the video was uploaded to YouTube and various other sites.

Good luck.

So... the USA doesn't want to vote yay or abstain, because Spain is its puppy?

Basically, I stated we should see how effective the one we just passed on Spain is first, and allow them to withdraw forces on their own behalf, instead of bullying them into doing it with international threats, as it acts as a bullying tactic, that may not be needed at this time.

Well, Catalonia has been an issue for several times longer than Morocco has, it's just that I only got around the drafting the thing just now. In any case, does that mean you'd vote abstain/yes once the current one is put into action?

Btw, incase this was unclear. Russia, you do not have all of that Russian Military stuff at the Siberian plant. It would take hours to even get there, and to stage around it. I'm not saying you would never get there, but having all that respond in a short amount of time is God Modded. So change your post, and this is a OP ruling.

The fatal flaw in GG's plan is that anti-ballastic missile systems are designed to shoot ICBM's down that are on there free-return trajectory and effectively free-falling back to earth, not at takeoff when they are going to be going mach 5+ into the atmosphere.

He won't be able to do much, besides shoot it down when its back on its way down to a city, which won't really be possible if my plan works out.

I wouldn't mind it being instated at a later date, just at that moment we just had a resolution that area of operations, and we just needed some time apart before another time.

1. Drafting an issue that threatens the integrity of an already stable nation goes against the principles of the UN

2.Weather they like me or not, money in the EU is distributed by the (Neutral) European Commision based on needs not politics so that the EU doesn't become a puppet of the richest country

1. Drafting an issue that oppresses a widespread democratic movement goes against its principles more. Regardless, it's up to the UN to approve or decline it.
2. And that neutral commission, I suspect, won't like Spain's actions as much as you seem to do.

So, I'm going to assume Russia will let my evacuation go on, so if so, it has been going on for hours as I declared the evacuation six hours after the threat. If Russia disagrees, they need to say say now.
