But how could it have passed, the Baltic States wouldnt have supported it, they would loose 100% of there Natural Gas and Oil, realistically Poland wouldnt support it considering how much trade they have with Russia, Slovakia wouldn't support it because they would loose 100% of there Natural Gas and most of there Oil,Bulgaria wouldn't support it because they would loose much of there trade and 97% of there Energy, Hungary wouldnt support it because they joined CIS and have so much trade with Russia including almost 90% of there energy, Czechs wouldnt support it considering how much trade they would loose along with 75% of there energy, why would Turkey support it as they would loose nearly 70% of there energy I don't know. Spain wouldnt support it and as a result neither would Portugal. Netherlands I doubt would support it, they would loose quite a bit of trade, France would also loose out on a expensive deal on one last Mistral class and 25% of there energy.

NATO does not require such unanimous vote, or any vote. Poland, Germany, Turkey, and the US are onboard, so it passes.
