I myself am trying to get land from Lithuania (My Alt Micro-nation) and even that is going to be either a diplomatic or firefight-related struggle. But Ukraine would not switch to Capitalism. Lukashenko will not negotiate with Capitalist nations. Now if you wanted to per say make the government more dictatorial, crack down more on your citizens, and make it semi-communist like Belarus, then we'd get somewhere.
