Welcome to the state of San Andreas. Like Liberty City and Vice City, the cities of San Andreas are abundant with both the rich and famous, as well as the poor and unknown of the US. From the casinos of Las Venturas to the slums of Los Santos, crime is seen everywhere, whether it be casino heists or petty drug deals. The year is 2009, and it's been a few months since a little-known Serbian man somehow upset the criminal underworld of Liberty City by killing the Don of the Pegorino Family and multiple other members of the organized crime world. Along with the death of Don Gravelli, a power vacuum has been set off in Liberty City, turning it into a battleground. Despite the apparent opportunities for many organizations and gangs, Mayor Ochoa, the LCPD, and NOoSE have launched a massive campaign to end the violence, with increasing success. As a result, many criminals are fleeing to San Andreas, which is much calmer than Liberty City at the present moment. War is on the horizon, as the gangs and criminal organizations are seeking new turf in San Andreas, forcing the older gang to go to war to protect their turf.

This brings us to you. Whether you are a gang member, cop, or just an Average Joe, you will soon be caught up in this new conflict. You might be flying in from Liberty City or Vice City, looking for opportunity, or you could have been here the entire time. Here in San Andreas, you can make anything happen, whether it be bringing home your paycheck or bringing in fame and fortune for your organization. Whatever it might be for you, prepare for a rather violent ride into hell.

1. I am the OP. What I say goes.
2. My Co-OPs are basically an extension of myself. What they say also goes, but they cannot trump me.
3. Yes, this might be based off of Grand Theft Auto, but you will not start out with any heavy weaponry. If you own a gun shop, you won't be selling high-end military weaponry or automatic weaponry without my approval.
4. Money is required for just about anything. Don't expect to have around $1 million as some street hood though.
5. If you use any sort of drug, whether it be alcohol or harder drugs, you must RP the effects of the drugs. I don't want someone doing a fat, foot-long line of cocaine and not over-dosing or not being affected.
6. If you're a criminal, expect the police to be on your tail if you aren't careful. You can go to jail in this RP, and I will make sure that you RP out your sentence.
7. If you insist on carrying out sexual relations with another character, don't RP it here, for the sake of other players.
8. I don't want drug dealers to be sitting on massive caches of drugs. You have a finite supply, and you must keep track of it, as well as restock it.
9. If you think that you can take on the entire Los Santos Police Department, or any other law enforcement agency in this RP, you have another thing coming.
10. This RP takes place across the expanse of San Andreas, which may cause players to be isolated from each other. I'll do my best to start up events that will bring players together, but do your best to create your own events, within reason.
11. Even if you don't control a racket, you can still delve into it, but you might be butting into another organization's territory, and it will be up to them to make the call of whether or not to shut your operation down.

For example, let's say that Anaducci controls Arms Smuggling, and they have a guy in FN Herstal who is selling them the merchandise, but then the Balas start smuggling in Chinese-made AK-47 copies, and they are cutting into the profits of Anaducci. If Anaducci finds out, they can go in and attempt to take over the Balas' operation.

When you submit your rackets, make sure to make a note in case you are running a smaller-scale operation and do not have full control over a racket.
12. Each gang/criminal organization can have up to two rackets when they start out. Each city has its own rackets, so for example, there will be two or three different arms-smuggling rackets in the RP
13. You may start out with 3 businesses at the most when you start out. Do not abuse this by owning 3 multi-million-dollar industries.
14. It is absolutely permissible for your organization to have no rackets starting out. You have to start somewhere, you know?
15. If you make a lot of noise, expect the law to come after you.
16. No one-liners, no awful grammar, no metagaming, and no godmodding.
17. Unless I give your approval, you cannot control the law or NPCs that you haven't created.

Aside from his martial skills, he is a certified SCUBA Diver, and he is licensed by the state of North Carolina to operate motor vehicles. He is also a former LSPD Detective, giving him skills in intuition and law enforcement protocol.
Personality: He's an intelligent, professional man, though he does have a weakness for women. He has rather impeccable manners, and is very polite.
