Also, the invasion of Spain is taking place rapidly and the Italian army is laying siege to Madrid. The invasion of Switzerland is slower due to the mountains in the region. Geneva is expected to be taken by the end of the year.

Due to Italy's refusal to allow Germans to co-occupy Switzerland, the 6th Army is deployed to Switzerland. Thousands of mechanied infantry storm through slits in the mountains, though they have trouble in some parts of the country. Most Swiss forces surrender, knowing that Germany would bring riches to Switzerland. Some go as far as to look upon German troops as heroes, but not all. Light ressistance is incountered, but continue the push. German forces will end the push when they meet Italian armies.
