The irony is that they are quite advanced, but are still sort of stuck in their eras, the 40's, 50's, and 90's

He does it more for fun to be honest, so if it's nice and challenging he'll be up for it.

Appearance: "6'0 feet tall, black hair, brown eyes. Usually walks around in standard doctor attire. Has ancestry from every continent.

Powers:: Organic manipulation, Weapon Manipulation, Mental Manipulation, Enhanced Condition.
Weaknesses: His ability to heal himself and other can be negated through the right devices or techniques, once that happens he can be killed like any other being (examples: bullets, blood loss, explosives etc.). Do to his morale codes he is incapable of killing children and pregnant woman. Kyle has a high amount of guilt/grief from the times he had failed to save or get to those that needed his help. Refuses to kill people he once considered as friends.
Personality Courteous, helpful, loyal, and caring. He won't get involved into other peoples affairs if they do not wish him to. However he will stay close by if they change their minds. He will fight to protect those he considers friends and allies.
Short Bio: Cosmos was born and raised in Chicago in the United States. Its unknown when he discovered his powers but by the time he graduated high school he was aware of them. After graduating he travelled the United States acting as a travelling Physician. Soon after Kyle Cosmos joined the United States military in order to help his country in various conflicts and to act as a soldier/medic for both the military and the civilian populations. By the time he left the military he was highly decorated and had saved hundreds both military and civilian from death. After that he did various things such as travelling the globe using his powers, becoming a red cross member, and returning to the military for various assignments and missions. Eventually he found work in Seymour Solutions and from there into ASIDAC. Since joining the society he a helped in the development and researching of cures for every disease known currently to man. Also he works on various other projects involving medicine and technology.

Just finish the ceremony completely. Everything that needs to be said for them to be inducted. Then a bit of mingling I guess. It's moving too slow right now and people don't really know what to do until this is over with.

Main reason I did this is to no only help character-build Vesper but to also use her as some solo act to help proceed the main storyline later on. She'll eventually reluctantly join back the AGA of course

Yes, but what if our characters are already a well built team by this time? I understand what you mean, but they are already a cohesive unit so can't they just meet up with the AGA later and be like
"Hey. You guys are cool, want to work together?"
Maybe that could be a mini plot or something where they need one of the Guardians to defeat a specific enemy, actually that does sound really fun. Even with that reversed it still sounds pretty fun.

I like it, but as bullets I would assume it would still have the same problems of steel bullets (ie. more damaging to the barrel of the gun, transfers less energy on impact than lead, requires higher tempertures to cast) and relatively rare. But those are just my thoughts on the matter (and it needs a good name, like Randium or Houdinium, maybe throw the word alloy in there).

But I'll take my time, I have them spread out (Dr. V is monitoring the hall with a rocket launcher, Mantis will attack the civilian crowd, Westerberg is about to attack the island, and Tom Baker is about to be kidnapped somehow). -A calm, reserved and altogether very mature individual despite his age he can seem distant towards others but nonetheless is capable of putting on what he calls 'false smiles' when the situation calls.
-Gifted with high intelligence he has a very pragmatic and philosophical outlook on the universe and can also be very cynical when it comes to things such as religion and human nature, making him very sharp tongued towards others.
-Furthermore due to his composed nature he is noted for his patience and strategic thinking on and off the battlefield. Although while on it in the heat of the moment he can become a very sadistic individual before quickly flipping the switch and returning to his usual self.
-To add despite his own doubts with regards to humanity and its nature he is a highly ambitious individual with no scruples when it comes to sacrificing others to achieve his goals adding to his ruthless nature.
Short Bio: (It can be short but make sure its detailed enough for people to understand) Born in London, England on September 14th 1997 he was born to international journalists and journeyed the world with them not knowing that secretly they themselves were homo magi trying to discover the famous philosophers stone. Eventually his parents decided to induct him into the world of magic privately training him in simplistic magic, however Conor soon proved like a duck to water and began to surpass his training becoming a magician in his own right. And in short enjoyed what was a happy childhood as he toured the world.

However all good things must come to an end, and that end came in East Africa in 2007 his parents while reporting were caught up in a coup. Not able to flee he war torn country they ultimately would perish during the conflict when their hotel fell to rebels, and Conor watched as his parents were murdered before his own eyes and himself was brutally beaten and left for dead. At that moment his childhood shattered and filled with vengeance Conor gave into the urge to seek vengeance and fell into depravity as he unleashed dark magic killing hundreds as he stalked his parents killers through the warn torn nation before brutally massacring them.

Now having given into the darkness of his own heart and breaking magical taboos by using his powers for darkness he opted to delve deeper into the occult to increase his own powers. Now motivated by the idea that the 'strong devour the weak' from his hellish hunt in the hellhole he'd been trapped, he took control of his parents assets and began to pursue black magic with a passion. A passion which he pursued ruthlessly as he journeyed the world and eventually performed an arcane ritual which granted him powers in necromancy. Now calling himself Reaper he opted to support himself through offering his services as a mercenary, terrorist, assassin and information broker (the latter from finding that sometimes information was worth more then gold) and has since largely moved around the world all the while pursuing the dark arts in the hopes of gaining his ultimate goal, immortality.

I will probably be abandoning this RP soon due to (once again) lack of interest and lack of RPers in general
