I will of course be bearing in mind all of the advice thrown around as well when it comes to put up my finalized app.
Siliarba, since your character is accepted is it okay if I make my character that I mentioned earlier of the same species (I'm not sure if that species is your own creation or not)?
If possible he could be a friendly rival/ally to communicate with occasionally.

I would suggest not being the same species, Celestia is convinced she's a unique being. Which may come to play in the RP, and as I said before, my character is meant to have some level of OP'ness to her but I only even considered that after being asked to apply for the strongest mage of earth role.

Over the centuries she has trained many mages, sorcerers/sorceresses, warlocks, wizards, .. magic users in general though so you can be someone she helped train to where you are now, but she'll never see you as more than a child that has only just begun to learn. Which is verry high praise from her as she consideres most creatures as to far below her to take notice off.

She already sees things as a threath, and acts upon them accordingly, she's just arrogant to everything else. Theres a difference between being arrogant and thinking you're all-powerfull/undefeatable. Arrogance can create the later, but arrogance on it's own isn't a god-complex.

And if it's techno-magic I'm assuming he can't be that old as high tech is futuristic and not ancient. And as science and technology is often seen as the complete counter to magic he can't be a creature of pure magic like mine then is (actually gave me an idea for another weakness for my character even). And my character has been every major Goddess of magic the earth has known so having your character in some way look up to, or worship my character wouldn't be to much of a stretch. Just don't make the connection to big, after all you will remain at best a child in her eyes, even if a genial/brilliant child.

Well - could be that he was taught Magic first by her for a short while and then later in life began his experiments to fuse it with technology. I'm also fine with him not being a purely magic creature - less than that though not an ordinary Human for sure.

I also have two other characters in the works who are essentially his own students/servants. I'm thinking one of them will have Instant Transmission as a Power though I'm not sure for the other one.

For what it's worth, I'm fully behind this and everything else Damak Var's said on the topic of OP characters.

I was previously part of the Super Hero High RP, which has had a longstanding rule that characters could only have two superpowers at the most. We were fairly flexible on the point; as an example character's Pyrokinesis would only count as one power even though it comprised of several related abilities; fire creation, fire manipulation and immunity to fire, so if I wanted I could also give him flight or super-strength as an extra power without him being considered overpowered. There were also a few powers (notably anything related to time travel) that were considered just flat-out overpowered and were always banned. The result was that you ended up with a very balanced cast of characters which was great for RP because conceivably any character could beat any other. Most of them could probably be beaten by a well prepared and lucky 'mortal'. If I hadn't grown bored of Academy RPs, I'd still be there.

Just something to think about. Invincible characters are boring characters.

Again, my character isn't meant to engage a lot, she's more like one of the people on the top available for interaction. And she can be beaten.

I mean, you don't want an RP where no character ever goes above the strength of another, whats the point of having villains then even or leaders of a group that wile having more strength than most use their skills to command or teach. My apolegies, this was feeling somewhat like an attack to my character.

- My character can be killed by one other character but it would be extremely unlikely to happen.
- I'm RP'ing a very high ranked character to take some work away from the OP who would otherwise have to RP all the big people.
- I will rarely directly interfere with this character.
- I'm highly dedicated to any RP¨I join, I often even stay longer than any op or co-ops so little risk of me suddenly vanishing leaving a high ranked character suddenly vanish.

I listed that in stating why my character is so powerfull, this is in no way to take away from the RP experience but to enhance it for more options of interacting witohut requiring constant op presence. My apolegies again if my lack of explaining this earlyer caused the entire discussion so far.

Powers: Total control of Ash Manipulation.
Weaknesses: Cannot generate the actual fire needed for Ash Manipulation, he can only manipulate ash itself. He also can suffocate from exposure to ash. His suit has flamethrowers and a sort of gas mask, but without it he could be poisoned by his own power if he is even in a place where he can use it.
Personality He can be dark depending on the situation. Not that open about his past, and really is just quiet anyway.
Short Bio: (It can be short but make sure its detailed enough for people to understand) Habakkuk was abandoned shortly after birth, dumped at a rundown Christian orphanage in the California Forests. Besides assigning him the name "Habakkuk" because he was so whiny, his caretakers were the ones to discover that he had powers. After a big wildfire, the children were outside to play in the ashes. Most of them just rolled around in it, but 'Kuk started to actually form a small tornado from it. He was immediately left to the Injustice Family to deal with.
He was at first sent to the (for lack of a better word) Fire Bender's cabin, but the inhabitants there immediately noticed that Kuk didn't actually have the ability to manipulate fire in itself. The children there were initially mean to Kuk because of the fact that he couldn't actually do much with the fire. This progressively lead to more cruelness, leading up to when the children incinerated all of his belongings.
Angry, Kuk began to launch searing hot spheres of ash at the attackers, but before he could do much, he passed out from ash inhalation. He woke up about a week later in the infirmary. That's where he befriended Sarah, a similarly aged firebender who had cancer. She would occasionally incinerate something like a pea or a piece of paper to watch him play with the ashes, morphing the ball of black dust into teddy bears or something equally cuddly. It all was going well for Kuk, mastering his power while spending time with his best friend.
Then she got sicker, and was flown to a superhuman's hospital in Reno for special treatment. The reason? Excessive ash exposure had aggravated her cancer that had begun to spread. Shaken because he had nearly killed his best friend, Kuk left the facility where he was being taught to use his powers. He lived as a street urchin in Yemen (Though how he got there is a bit of a mystery), until a mysterious rogue firebender started to incinerate the nation.
With the only superhero in the area's power being him being 13% bulletproof, Kuk had to face his demons and defeat the villain. After a brutal fight that left him with many burns, the villain passed out from ash exposure. Yemen then sent him back to America to finish learning to use his power. He was given a suit that generates flames and can filter out ash by Yemen, and he has been training to fight supervillains since. (Along with the occasional video conference by Sarah.)

Accepted!...though I would really like a picture or a description for how he actually looks like without the suit. I want more people to be detailed & creative as possible in their IC posts.

There... really isn't that much of a distingishing feature for him. He just is a normal 23 year old.

Personality: William on the outside at a first glance is a cold, arrogant, shallow, and self-absorbed man. Through manipulation and charisma his was quickly able to maneuver his way so that he has often a hidden card to play in world affairs. Though this has made him disliked by many. He is a decisive person and would do almost anything to fulfill his ambitions. He is shown to have great compassion and respect for enemies that fight well and is known for his bravery. However the more insane and sadistic part of it comes out when he actually fights. He fights to the point of being bloodthirsty and it is said to said chills down spines just looking at him. Though a part of his personality much of it in the inside is much more sophisticated. However he gives much trust to friends, loved ones, and those that support him and will even go out of his way to make sure they're okay (even if he won't do it outwardly). Despite his intellect and skill he is found at times to be quite stubborn. Found to be observant to the point of noticing the most smallest details and he often tries to do the best for himself out of most circumstances. He is feared and respected by the enemies he has made (and even peers) for his rarely matched calculation abilities and his infamous ruthlessness and lack of mercy.
Short Bio: William was born to a relatively poor family. Yet despite that he was the kind to try to change the world in little ways as he was found to be highly intelligent for his age. A few months later when he became ten years of age he became aware of his powers. A few years later his parents were killed by a demon. William became angry at everyone including demons which have the most hate reflected at them and as he slowly grew up he believed that power was the only way to secure the safety of the world. Therefore he quickly began using his powers for purposes to establish what he saw as justice and order. He decided to plan to rise above all others and protect those below him. He had a slight hand in every single major event in world history since Rome. He has "recently" joined the All Guardian Alliance as one of it's heads. However many including his colleagues are beginning to get suspicious of what his true motives are... Who knows?

Alter Apperance: Redeemer's costume is a spetacle to behold. Due to Teddy's career as a makeup artist he was able to create a realistic undead looking costume. His costume consists of a full zombie costume with the feature of having realistic looking maggots crawling all over it. He wears a trench coat and a fedora over the costume. He also has a belt to keep his gun at. He also wears a undead looking mask to hide his identity. He also wears kevlar under his costume to stop bullets.
Powers: A good shot with any type of gun.
Weaknessess: Teddy is easily killable because he is a human. His costume cannot be exposed to water or else it would melt off of him leaving him exposed.
Personality: Very serious, Sadistic, Can hold a gruge for a long time.
Short Bio: Teddy was born in Tombstone, Arizona to a middle class family. His father was a banker whiler her mother was a makeup artist for a local group of preformers. Teddy wanted to follow in her Mother's footsteps and become a Makeup artist. One day however, tragedy struck, Teddy's parent were killed in a house fire and Teddy had to go live with his Grandfather. Teddy was extremly happy with his Grandfather. His Grandfather even convinced a friend of his who was a Makeup artist to give him a few lessons. After College he moved to Hollywood with his Grandfather to do Makeup and costuming for a movie company. But one day after Teddy came home late for work he saw a group of twelve men robbing his house. He tried to stop them but Teddy ended up being knocked out by the men. When he woke up a few hours later he saw his Grandfather lying dead on his bed. Teddy vowed vengence on the murderers. So Teddy quit his job and made himself a costume which resembled a undead gunslinger from the Wild West and went on a Nationwide crimespree hoping to find the people who murdered his Grandfather.

The third to join was Emma Ware, the Iron Maiden, after journeying to Mount Olympus to seek help to fight Cronus the trio was forced to defeat Ares to obtain access to see the gods, Robert defeated Ares in a sparring match and won the deity's friendship also. When the Demonling Lucifer ran away from his Vatican over watchers and came to America he bumped heads with the Guardians and saved a few lives with his demonic powers. This is when the Guardians were truly formed and began to work more like a team.

Hannah continued her service under Her Master, under Dracula, for the next few hundred years, when she heard tales of the English Colonies she went there and set up a new life.

When the Demonling Lucifer ran away from his Vatican over watchers and came to America he bumped heads with the Guardians and saved a few lives with his demonic powers. This is when the Guardians were truly formed and began to work more like a team.
