Detailed Description: Without all the backstory: a race of semidevine people called the Nephillim are the Earth's only hope against an invasion from Sheol, the realm
of the Otherworld where daemons come from. The best and brightest Nephillim are gathered and taught at Poe Academy, a secret magik school near N`awlins.

It seems that you have a good idea. The concept was enough to grab my attention for a moment. However, as I went to your OOC I noticed it was rather lacking. You could expand on many things. The Campus, for example. What kind of equipment do the regualr classrooms have? What about the 'special' ones? How are dormitories arranged? What's around the Campus, besides this Magikal shield you mentioned? You could also elaborate on the other parts of the story. The school, for example. What's its history? What are the classes you mention in that spoiler like? What was Edgar Allan Poe like, as a Nephilim? Has the school had any notable events in its history other than its founding?

Regarding the rest of the lore, it's interesting, but very little is explained. You never did say much about the Nephilim themselves, or the Elders, or why the Ancients left save Jehovah. Or how students get to the school, for that matter.

Overall, it's a good idea, in my opinion, but it doesn't have a lot of information to hook up potential players and make them sign up. You ought to work on that.

I noticed you call the spoilers 'booklets'. Perhaps you could use some booklets as inspiration on how to redact the information you put in them and such.

Detailed Description: The basic premise is that an Alien Invasion in 1989 has brought the world to a stand-still. Nations are scrambling to mobilize their Arsenal of Weapons as the alien menace approaches. An enemy that knows no fear, no emotion, and no mercy. An enemy that doesn't know the word: Surrender. The Story will largely explore the years Immediately after the Initial Invasion, and the Immediate resistance of the Human race, as nations band together. Tossing aside religious, Ideological, and Ethnic differences to face a common enemy. An enemy that only has one thing in mind: Our Extinction.

It's not an unique concept but you put an interesting spin on it, what with the 'excerpts' and everything. I don't think there's a whole lot I could say, except perhaps that you could add information about the alien invaders that attacked, and the aftermath of their first assault, so as to give your players a better idea of the state the world is in after that.

For garnering interest, since it's just an interest thread right now I think you should just keep it for some time, bump it, see if someone else is interested, ask your people to spread the word. I would hope this ad you put here helps too.

Yeah, I was debating on whether or not to keep it in London or go to the US, the US just doesn't have that "magical" feel to it like an older country like England has. But I don't see any reason why we couldn't have it in the US otherwise.
