Same reason. I should be getting New Caledonia, so I don't need anything in SE Asia and I have no interest in moving into Sub-Saharan Africa.

I don't care about Cambodia. Not yet, at least. I'm more preoccupied dealing with Algeria/Corsica first, then everything else later. As long as I get New Caledonia back in the Far East, I'll be placated for now, and then set about beating China up some more.

It may or may not already be French, I'm not too sure since its been said several times that Algeria is French yet the map says its Austrian, so we'll have to wait for Seljiuq.

Again, map updates are not instant and it is French by 1875. I can guarantee you that 100%.
