Your best option as the Ottomans is to cut your losses; if, say, Greece attacks you to regain the rest of its lands, give them away. If Russia wants to liberate the Balkans, give it to them. If Italy wants Ottoman Africa, give it to them. Just try and hold the Empire's core (Turkey, Iraq) and you'll be fine (hopefully).

Sell Balkans to whoever
Give Russia access to Black Sea& Med
Reform in Anatolia...
