What if the Colombian-Venezuelan war does happen, Santiago Pact attempts to intervene on behalf of Venezuela but then the US gets in involved an joins Colombia's side and a bunch of things go down.

1. Try to install an SP-backed government in Venezuela while pushing Colombia away
2. Threaten Colombia into joining, else we'll support Venezuela
3. Do nothing
4. Help Colombia take Venezuela to try and make them join/observer
5. Help Venezuela because screw Colombia, they're asshats
6. Try and invade Colombia to install a government while they're looking away
7. n00k everybody involved because they're all asshats
