I'd like to be the Ottomans, but if there already is an Ottoman player, I'd be willing to play as either Prussia or Austria-Hungary.

I think there is a bunch of things for you to do but if it will make it easier for you I will have the Fatherland Militia (Russian Army disguising as Armenian patriots) launch an invasion of Anatolia tomorrow. (though that will have to represent an IC jump of a couple of months since you don't go to war in the middle of winter).

I assume there is sarcasm at play here? The Fatherland Militia is hardly a particularly daunting foe to face, they consist of some forty thousand individuals who has received some military training and has inferior weaponry including very little cavalry and almost no artillery. The main problem with their invasion for the Ottoman Empire is that an Ottoman counterattack on autonomous Armenia will almost certainly lead to a full on war with Russia. Therefore the main problem the Fatherland Militia represent is not military but political in nature; how to decide on an appropriate response that both satisfies the Turkish people's desire for war and doesn't lead to a war with Russia, or since accomplishing both will be nigh on impossible choosing which is more important.

It doesn't matter either way you're gonna attack me and there isn't anything I can do about that. Its gonna be the Crimean wars all over again but this time the Ottomans are going to lose.

So yes, its not like I have much choice.
