It's just so hard to resist. They make such perfect prey, with their arrogant attitude. They also can be hard to defeat, mainly because their magic. Now that I think about it, the Thalmor may be the only group in Skyrim that can use magic with deadly efficiency, maybe excluding the Forsworn.

Personal Background: Born near the outskirts of the Black Marsh, Otum was raised to be a warrior from birth. At a young age, the Dunmer attacked his village, looking for slaves. Although young, he still harbors a vengeance for the Dunmer greatly. Growing up defending his family from attacks and raids, Otum began to grow bored of life in the dreary swamp, and began to wander off from the village for days at a time.
He soon found himself taking up a bounty to rid a pack of wolves from a nearby village. Picking up his sword against creature, Otum has since become a monster hunter.
Brandishing his blade and his bone chestplate, his sack carries his neccessities as he begins a journey to find bigger game and larger bounties.

Deciding to marry, he travels with his bride Akia to be in search of a more suitable home, a safe haven away from the killing and madness that envelops Tamriel daily.

Family Background: Only knowing that he is a descendent of a Shadowscale, Otum grew up in a tribal village. His sap that he ingested made him strong and wise, but has made him suspicious of anyone that is not an argonian. Although he was taught to solve problems with a blade, he sees that larger problems lie ahead that a blade won't fix.
Personal Effects: Steel blade, bone armor chest, bandages, and food for Akia and himself.

Personal Background: An argonian alchemist, Akia came from dirt poor family. Given a rare chance to study alchemy, she has become an expert of potions and chemicals.
Otum and Akia grew up near each other, and their marriage was celebrtaed with a journey to the outside world.
Acting as Otum's medic, she has joined him in search of a better life outside of the Argonia.

Family Background: Akia's family was poor and destitute; her brilliance has made her family adore her. She has since been studying to eventually be enrolled in a mage college.
Although they have no money or collateral to give to her, they wish her luck.
Personal Effects: Portable alchemy set, potions, and a stolen Dunmer robe.

Birthplace: Hammerfell
Personal Background: An Alik'r Redguard, Et'ther grew up all around Tamriel. Wandering around the world, he has grown into an expert adventurer. Once he became an adult,
he was thrusted into the world of Tamriel alone, with little more than a sword, steel armor, and his chitin helmet. Allied with the Thieves Guild, Et'ther has become a well-known assassin for hire. Carrying out hits on high value targets, his days of bounty hunting have just started.

Family Background: Raised in a household of mercenaries and adventurers, Et'ther grew up in a wandering Alik'r family, who never stayed in one place for too long. His family was, at least by redguard standards, very wealthy. His family is supportive of him since he has taken up their family business of a hired assassin, although they fear that he will wander from Redguard tradition.
Personal Effects: Chitin helmet, set of throwing knives, ornate sword, and a bow and arrow with 25 arrows.

It is nice, at least you didn't had to eat a Deadra's heart to get like in Oblivion.

Well, now that he has finished his career as a Legionnaire, and is soon-to-be hunted by the Legion, he's probably going to operate like the outlaws in the Border Reiver Ballads. News of his revolt will have to spread before he can move onto the next phase.
