@Ralnis: Originally no, he will be Mortal man but with his possible acquisition of a couple Dragons become known as the Dragon-King by followers (not a self proclaimed title). I have not planned on his learning any Thu'um shouts, but that is a possibility I am not openly opposed too.

Tell me about him.

Valerus, he is an Imperial adventurer that travels with a female Altmer and a male Nord (Elsepeth and Ragnar). They started out in Skyrim and worked a living of hunting down Bandits and wanted people. However they were attacked by the Dragon Valkunr, by shear luck or chance they were able to subdue the Dragon. At which point they struck a deal, in exchange for Valkunr keeping his life he would join their group and serve Valerus.

I'm not sure if the guards would have allowed a courier to deliver a package to the Emperor, but I assumed if he dropped Wolfram's name, they would.

I was going to post first thing in the morning, but somebody cut the power with a bloody truck and it took all day to repair the power lines.

I couldn't go to Starbucks, either, because the guy ran away on foot and the police cordoned off the neighborhood while they searched for him.

Now that we have a brand new power line feeding the neighborhood, I expect the power to stay on at least until the next drunk driver comes along. The fire department and the neighbor whose yard the guy drove through still have some fixing up of their own to do.

I started playing a High Elf this morning, to try and see it from their point of view, 'cause I'm weird like that. If you think about it, the Empire subjugated them, and the Thalmor is their version of Black Pride.

Plus Tiber Septim was a terrible human being who forced a young Dark Elf to have an abortion against her will. I've had no love for him since Oblivion. But Wolfram does, for reasons I can't understand.

My reaction was the opposite; replace Thalmor with "Filthy Stormcloak".
