Since you say your are forgetting your Morrowind, I will point out what Xulcandra hopes is not too obvious to the guard. A Gauntlet of Horny Fist is enchanted with Fortify Skill (Hand-to-Hand). That's not what Xulcandra picked up.

Tel Vanni wrote:The action seems to have gravitated mainly to four places - Southern Skyrim, Leyawiin, Morrowind and High Rock.
In Southern Skyrim, the rebellion is still just barely getting started. An agent of the Emperor is on his way there, to meet the queen, with orders to try to marry her. Several other characters were started in Skyrim and are probably still there, somewhere, waiting for their players to tell them what to do.
In Morrowind, Xulcandra has been captured by an insane Ordinator and is being held in Vemynal, where she is being forced to repair Wraithguard. Meanwhile, two adventurers and a Vampire have just crossed the border into Morrowind, from the Rift, and several MIA players have left their characters scattered around Vvardenfell island.
High Rock is being invaded by a tiny army of Argonians, led by the Primalkin. They have landed near Farrun and started a protest. Not much else is happening there, so far.
Somewhere near Leyawiin, Runs-With-Scissors is moonlighting with the Vigilants while he works on the next edition of the Pocket Guide to the Empire. Let us hope that this edition is more accurate than past editions. So far as I can remember, you're the only player still in Cyrodiil, except for one or two people who created characters there and haven't posted yet. I don't know what happened to the Altmer you met there.
Neither do I. I'm planning on retconning him out.

@Ralnis: Originally no, he will be Mortal man but with his possible acquisition of a couple Dragons become known as the Dragon-King by followers (not a self proclaimed title). I have not planned on his learning any Thu'um shouts, but that is a possibility I am not openly opposed too.
