Omegica, "bal" does not mean "death." It means "stone." Your character should have said, "Bet! Bosmer naga!"

Just as a guideline, UESP is so much better.

The in-game lore trumps any vandalized wiki pages you might find.

You can't start out as the Mane of Elsweyr, but it is possible to become the Mane through roleplay. Even that would be difficult, because the current Mane has to die the same day you are born.

I thought the Mane is born the Mane when the two moons are together. But, okay, I have some other ideas for characters.

He also has to convince the other priests that he is a reincarnation of the old Mane. I would imagine that the process is rather similar to the way the Dalai Lama is selected.

Ok. He will need to find out and prove that he is mane. I imagine the search for the next Mane would be an event that outside forces might be very interested in, being that the Mane has great influence in Elsweyr. It could turn into a proxy struggle between the Empire and the Aldmeri Dominion.

They find a child, based on symbols, and place objects from the previous incarnation in front of him?

Adorably enough, when the 14th Dalai Lama was presented toys and objects, he identified the ones belonging to the 13th and exclaimed. "It's mine! It's mine!" :3

Hmm, the return of Sorkvild. Is this something that Rune caused? In any case, we are all trying to get off of Dagon Fel as agreed in school but I am guessing that that wouldn't be a possibility or else Sorkvild would have an army of undead at his disposal.

Yes, Rune did this. The amulet was his phylactery (hoarcrux, to a Harry Potter fan.) You helped him to become a lich. I thought you would have figured that out by now.

Leaving Dagon Fel is a possibility. So is cleaning up the zombies still in town. Your characters are perfectly capable of cleaning up a minor zombie uprising. Sorkvild took the best ones with him.

I haven't posted since... Thursday I think? I wanted to post today, but this day was busy. Is it fine if tomorrow's (Tuesday) post covers four days? Two days for travel (which only take about a paragraph, both of them), and two more days to either case or finish the job at the Rift still Sebastian needs to eliminate. Also need to read about three days worth of IC RP before posting myself, hehe.

Race: Khajiit
Name: Ja’Sai
Age: 16
Birthplace: Rural Elsweyr; under a conjunction of the two moons…
Personal Background: Ja'Sai was born under the conjunction of the two moons and is thus the reincarnation of the Mane. His mother told the village about the circumstances of his birth, but the others thought she was on skooma or lying, for there are many imposters who try and become Mane. He has since then led an ordinary life apart from the occasional predicted storm, uncanny intelligence, ease with magic and general feeling that he is somehow different. Ja'Sai has lived in a relatively calm part of Elsweyr, between the torrid jungle and scorching deserts. He spends much of his time farming, but in his spare time he has started learning basic magic and plays the bamboo flute. His life as of now, has been very unexiting. There are many who claim to be the Mane, so none of the searchers have found him … yet.
Family Background: His parents are ordinary Suthay-raht who have lived ordinary lives.
Personal Effects at start of RP: Basic Khajiit robe, basic iron long dagger, a bamboo flute, some food, a few septims, and a carved pendant of the two moons (nonmagical).

Which king? Elsweyr is split into two kingdoms.
