Couldn't you just make it up or something for I don't think the Lore has anything on that detail as far as I know.

Talking about time, how should I conduct Sebastian's travels? Should I just skip from point A to point B in one post while talking about the experiences he (and Helga) encounter, or do that in several posts? Keep in mind, the first location takes a couple of days to get to, the second one is about a week and another couple of days, while the third one is a solid week (returning to Mavenstead should still be a week and a couple of days, albeit taking less time than the second trip). Obviously, I won't make a one post per location, as I plan a branching story in Soltitude (meet the current head of family and get the follow-up on how Castle Volkihar, since Lord Harkon is now dead), and infiltrating and destroying a major alcohol still/operation would take some time to do for each still.

The whole round-trip would take a bit more than a month or so of IC time, and I would like that by the time Sebastian gets to the village, it has considerably expanded related to it's current state, with up-to-date buildings, a tailor (with his/her family), and a rise in population of about 17 people; 4 for the tailor, 2 labourers, 2 guards, 6 full-time farmers, a merchant and his/her spouse (who becomes the inn-keeper). The wall would be completed and half-way filled with rock and mud in-between the crevices. I want to keep a balance in the gains of Sebastian's village and the progress of other RP'ers.

On related news, will we see a Wild Hunt when the Bosmer are (and if) they are destroyed in the Second Great War? I have mixed feelings about it, since it would be a great logical step for the Dominion if they become desperate enough, but would do vast damage across Tamriel, disrupting various story-lines including my own. Of course, this paragraph is just speculation for the far future.

Ideally I would pace it out over several posts. Thus allowing me to focus on minutiae details without the need to rush and tell the whole story in one go. As obviously seen I pace myself in my writing (often RL life gets in the way, which I'm fine with cause I like to socialize) and sometimes do not post in the IC for several days.

A Wild Hunt is a possibility, but such a double edged weapon (collateral) would probably be a last hail Auri-El attempt for the Thalmor to possibly turn the tides if not go out with a bang or what not (I doubt they'd be destroyed completely, but if they do lose the situation would be reversed with them on the shit end of the stick).

Honor?

Meh. Sometimes honor just gets in the way. If you have a giant fire-breathing lizard eager to do your every wish, you wouldn't hold back because of "honor". You'd probably send him to the Imperial City to make Emperor Kebabs.

They are allowing you and your kin to leave the Empire. Alive. That's pretty nice. If I were them, I'd go Dragon on your pasty Nordic ass.

At this point, it wouldn't really have much of an effect. Wolfram may be a good fighter and a very charismatic figurehead, but his leadership isn't a requirement. If he died, Mord or Horsa or possibly even Hengist, would just take the position. All three of them are older, have experience, and two of them know magic.

I suppose a dragon could do the blood eagle. But Wolfram would want to be the one to do it, because of bloodlust. His reaction to Flavia's death won't be pretty...

Funnily enough, I was thinking of a scene where one of the Wolf's Fang (possibly Wolfram.) says:

"You Imperials need to learn your place in this new Order."

Nords will be the Kshatriya of Wolfram's Empire.
