Appearance of your Species: They have the bodies of raptors (dinosaur) with long-ish necks. They have beaks and long, whisker-like sensors on their snouts. They have two eyes. They also have six fingers on their hands, two of which are thumbs, and their legs are shaped like a birds in that they are bent backwards but strong. They have breathing holes on their backs and have a secondary brain near the middle of their spinal chord, which helps with motor functions. They have tails and usually are red in coloration (some are yellow and orange, depends on latitude on Franchisybia) As a note they are very intelligent and dont speak with vocal chords and windpipes.Instead they fiddle with odd, feathery things in their neck-chamber which help them produce a wide range of their other-worldly, oddly harmonic sounds and languages. Are capable of enimating human vocals.

One is a land Species that is very human like except for a generally taller and more muscular body structure, and the other is a sea based species which though fish like can survive short periods on the land. Tho these two people have lived in harmony (except for the occasional conquest) the developed very different societies. The sea people's society did not develop beyond a nomadic phase. it was not until modern technology that agrarian societies for the sea peoples became more common. The Land Peoples society was agrarian and is very similar to the Roman culture with many white marble buildings and columns. Though there have been wars between the two sides they have united to begin interstellar flight.
