The Almighty OP approves of these moves. The Monroe Doctrine Forever! (Mostly because I think its unrealistic for the USA to allow other powers into their backyard)

Marsisian: Rejected. I have nothing against the application in particular, but I neglected to mention: I as OP will be playing the British Empire, to secure me a major power position (I was going to take the last open leading power, between the US, UK, Germany, and the Soviets.. even if my personal heart and thread-crush goes to the plucky Turks). However, if you want to play a colonial island nation with a large navy, a figurehead monarch, and some colonial ethnic troubles, Japan is always open and stuggling to get out of playing second fiddle for the Germans, or you could do the only semi-Axis, could go anyway French.

Rygondria: Naval numbers should be in ships and types, and Air Force numbers should include number of aircraft, but the rest is acceptable.

Rusty10463: I highly suggest not to, as they're too far from the zone of affairs to really have much say, and we have many other, more important nations that need filling. Also, from what I have seen, South America countries have a nasty habit of trying to bite off far more then they could reasonably chew, using the power of NPC incompetence.

... why do people keep requesting minor countries that have no real bearing on the conditions in place? Panama in this era was still America's female canine, unlike Brazil, which I'm allowing . But Panama? No, not when so many other nations need filling. Pick something that might actually become relevant. (And the Canal doesn't count; the American garrison and navy alone could whip any Panamanian attempts to take it)

NS Nation Name: Saragrossa
RP Nation: The United Republic of China or China

Army:
Kuomintang: 55,000 Men of Professional Quality, trained by German officers pre-ww2 under General Chiang Kai Sek and another 385,000 Conscripts
Communist: Mao has a force of nearly 10,000 Professional soldiers in quality and has a force of nearly 450,000 Soldiers
Reserves: (Number of young men who can take up arms in times of need, 7% at max) 93, 850,000 is fit for military service however there is no possible way of arming this many people
Navy: Chinese Navy doesn't exist. After being land locked by Japanese forces. The navy was destroyed or scuttled or used by the Allies. There is a network of Torpedo gun boats on The Yangtze and Yellow river which consists of 45 naval fighting ships
Air Force: 150 Light bombers, 45 Interceptors, 247 Fighters, 39 Bombers,
Nuclear Capacity: (Germany, UK, and USA only) None

Background: China is fighting a campaign of total war against Japanese and despite Japan land-locking and completely containing the Chinese forces. They have built up a firm resistance and dug into remaining strongholds.

If he does then I will send the Red Army to help, along with the Viet Minh (and Khmer Rouge, if they're around).
