The Almighty OP approves of these moves. The Monroe Doctrine Forever!(Mostly because I think its unrealistic for the USA to allow other powers into their backyard)
Marsisian: Rejected. I have nothing against the application in particular, but I neglected to mention: I as OP will be playing the British Empire, to secure me a major power position (I was going to take the last open leading power, between the US, UK, Germany, and the Soviets.. even if my personal heart and thread-crush goes to the plucky Turks). However, if you want to play a colonial island nation with a large navy, a figurehead monarch, and some colonial ethnic troubles, Japan is always open and stuggling to get out of playing second fiddle for the Germans, or you could do the only semi-Axis, could go anyway French.
Rygondria: Naval numbers should be in ships and types, and Air Force numbers should include number of aircraft, but the rest is acceptable.
Rusty10463: I highly suggest not to, as they're too far from the zone of affairs to really have much say, and we have many other, more important nations that need filling. Also, from what I have seen, South America countries have a nasty habit of trying to bite off far more then they could reasonably chew, using the power of NPC incompetence.
