I've tentatively set 2121 as the starting date. POD would be after the first Moon landing. Space Race never ends, Soviets launch Buran, that sorta stuff.

Perhaps other organizations could be like private space agencies or PMCs, both of which could get employed by regular nations and companies.

Awesome to see it back, absolutely interested. Not sure if I should be massive evil multinational company which has effectively bought a city (inspired by Skaldia) or have a massive dickhead, evil and murderous dystopia nice, friendly, kitten loving utopia which rises up from collapse of modern USA/ EU (correction brought to you by national information commission :p )...
