temperature stops being noticed unless you pay close attention to it, you start feeling buzzed (loose, relax, giddy almost. Effects vary by individual temperament). You start getting a sort of tunnel vision, unable to focus on registering more than one piece of information at a time unless you really focus hard (hence people who slur and stumble about, your senses are dulled and its mainly muscle memory doing its damndest to compensate)... It gets worse and you become capable of less and less conscious thought. This leads to sleepiness/sometimes blackouts. Degree of drunkenness, and behavior (goofy vs violent, etc) depend on alcohol circulating in your blood/brain, and what your personality is under the mask you put on in public. Its a lot of little things ultimately caused by the alcohol killing bloodcells and braincells and shutting down your nervous system. It is a nasty poison, to be used in moderation, which why the proof 0-200 (200 being 100%) is very important.
