He is asking if he can make his own character because their are no more room for independent factions. Now, if its alright with you, then he can be part of my faction and his character will be portrayed as one of the Warbands( even though he is a Quarian) and I was wondering if that is possible or not.

Yea. Personally I never wright it down because I know exactly what I put on every ship at all times.
Dreads get fully upgraded (no stealth systems or drop ship)
HC and LC are fully upgraded (no drop ship)
Frigates fully (no drop ship)
Corvettes (no drop ship, shields)
Fighters and interceptors fully upgraded (no drop ship no stealth)
Transports fully upgraded (no cannons, no stealth transports in the flotillas)

I jusypt keep that all by memory because I don't like it cloging up my archive. I like my archive to look symmetrical and nice.

I don't bother upgrading corvettes bar ECW/Sensors. They're too vulnerable in frontline combat.

I use them as deep space surveillance and I like my crewmen aboard the corvettes to feel safe. So I give them guns and shields and armor. Even tho it wount matter if there hit by anything larger than another corvet or a fighter.

No the Asari and humans and and quarians get them.
But your in the same boat as the volus and CoB. Your under protection. But you can use the fleet for your protection only. If someone attacks you, and I'm not online you can use that fleet to defend.

Yes, but it's not recommended. As it is one of the more hated and enemy oriented characters and ususaly very slow to play as.
If you chose them note that the budget for them is 1600 credits.
And that the turians are about to try and rp retake ferros.
