You might want to break down your ships into the patrol, heavy and civilian fleet. I advise the Heavy fleet be the only one that is upgraded fully and the patrol fleet mostly corvettes and frigates.

It was just a suggestion to hold true to the whole Quarrian canin. As for your planet I image you'd want to build infrastructure on it along with defences. If you need help the Elcor may be able to assist.

Are you paying the Turrians for mooching off their planets? Or did that come with the loss of sovereignty and subordination?

They have a planet, and they are in an alliance an protectorate which combines both the fleets as the largest fleet in the galaxy, so its simply both have met their desires and are happy for it is the case.

That's very unorthodox and unlikely to happen. Unless he is in the shep thread idk. I would rather not.
Tell him to TG me an app for his charicter and it better be detailed and convincing otherwise he can forget about it.
