It'd be difficult to blow up Omega; HYDRA only can because they're effectively the IRA in space.

Overloading would damage areas of the station (as seen in the DLC) but the only way that the reactors would destroy the station is a synchronised overloading of all the reactors on the station.

I could pull off blowing Omega up, it's just that having a safehouse there is more beneficial than the destruction of Omega.

Since Blackdeath has left, would it be ok to have elements of HYDRA 4 storm some of Omega's ships and take them for itself and eliminate the leadership, plunging Omega back into it's usual state of anarchy?

Sure. Split the fleet in half? (You get the Dread, I get a extra carrier and the squadrons for it?)

well my faction can only have two dreads and I can only hold a max of ten ships... so how about you get the dread and I get a carrier alongside two cruisers and call it even?

I don't want the dread though since I can't hide it since its too large. How about we just blow the dread up, since I don't think it's finished yet, you take a carrier, 2 crusiers and all the independent (not carrier based) fighter and interceptor squadrons and I take the rest?

TIM was killed when Cerberus fell and it became Ouroboros, then Petrovsky was killed by Aria who was in turn killed by Lienz (a admiral), who was then killed by Fernandez (Aria's liaison with Ouroboros) when NERV (Asari black-ops) showed up and blew everything except the stealthed Fourth Fleet to pieces.
