Powers/Abilities:
Electrical telepathic manipulation: using this ability allows the user to control and manipulate electric currents allowing to change the size and shape of the current. Also the user is able to move mediums at will as long as it can conduct electricity without the user physically touching it

Electrical aura field: this aura thin layer of electricity that coats the user and absorbs electricity that surrounds the user this aura helps generates the electricity which is stored in users body. This can be done with the user be aware of it or not.

Electrical enhancement: Users of this ability are able to enhance their physical (strength) and mental (reflexes) using electricity to stimulate the nerves. The user would be able to jump extraordinary distances due to the increase in strength, or react faster due to the mental amplification

Electric cing: this ability allows the user to stick and walk on walls that good or better mediums for electricity

Electric teleportation: this allows the user teleport in a flash of lightning.

Drawbacks:

Electric teleportation: this ability drains the user of all his energy which leaves him extremely tired and weak.

Electric telepathic manipulation: when using beam like attacks and or projectiles the bigger they are the more energy is used but less focus. The smaller and more precise the attack is less power but more focus almost near complete focus.

Electric aura field: if the field gains to much electricity it will overload in a visible aura of electric sparks. This result will electrocute the user and in extreme cases will kill them and others around them in Explosion.

Electrical enhancement : as the users power decreases so does all the enhancements

He is still human so any human means will kill him

Personality: smart, cunning and resourceful. He enjoys just being free to do as he please with out rules, which is why he lives in the lower districts. When ever he gets the chance he works out by any means possible. He dose not respond well to authority, but he will help those in need of it. Being the person that he is he tends to do thing that would scare most people. Always doing almost anything to get a little cash to get him through the day.

Bio: At the age of eight Anubis discovered his ability, while on the run with his parents from the order man hunt of super humans. As his family and him ran for their lives in the streets Dallas Texas in the middle of the night and bullets screaming after them. His father was shot in the head and laid dead in the streets as they ran him and his mother made it another mile before the order found them again. Caching both him and his mother the order killed his mother in front of him. With tears in his eyes and fear in his heart the only thought was of running away Anubis accidentally teleported him self to Cairo Egypt. Nearly alive a old woman picked him up off the streets and rushed him to the hospital. Were they used the shock pads to try and restart heart absorbing the energy from it he began to slowly recover. Over the next ten years he learned how to use his abilities and their limitations. Living with the woman who found him he learned Egyptian and adopted the name Anubis. After hearing about the down fall of the order he left Egypt and the old woman behind, but not with out a heart felt goodbye. Being poor most of the time Anubis began to more from place to place trying to enjoy himself. Until he landed in Millersville a city that was in strict turmoil and has been living in the lower district to survive.

Tempted to have Salvia appear as Sal Clemetine, yet I currently don't know what she would say. I considered it as A) Tidebringer's gang, B) it seems people from Cold Harbor have come here for one reason, or another, and C) Damien was trying to negotiate, and Sal was very much involved in trying to get the group of supers near the end of Book Two to co-operate. She's also bold, and heroic, so if need by she could have jumped in during the fire fight, with dark sword in hand, and bolts ready to hit the criminals. Sal also met Damien, and Salvia could have thus approached him with out bringing suspicion.

Nova Scotia made a reference to the darkness when I came back to the IC I assumed there must have been a timeskip while I was gone as Saesta's post also suggested it was night, so I made my post continue on that idea.

Sure, I, um, well, yeah, I can do that. I had started working on a post yester night, but didn't post it though I now think it would have been better if I had done so, as it was rich. I'm just, as stated, not very good at combat Role Play. Always thinking of how my character can be killed.
