Flight: Her wings are hard to hide and when she stretches her wings she could tear her shirt wide open,

She was in elementary school when the city was imbued with chaos and soon followed with the destruction of the Town Hall. In elementary school she faced some discrimination because of her wings along with the unknown ability to control fire and lightning.

-Technokinesis: The ability to manipulate technology ranging from electronic to mechanical in nature. This allows her to calibrate, program, upgrade, disassemble, assemble and add onto as well as attach things to each other to create various contraptions and devices.
-Super Intelligence: She has an IQ of over 534 which is waaaaaaaay more than any normal person could ever achieve no matter what they did. She can remember the tiniest details, read at superhuman speeds, calculate at superhuman levels and speeds as well as produce amazing results when researching.
-Peak Human Condition: The peak of human condition that can be achieved as well as knowledge of various martial arts including Systema.
-Telekinesis: The ability to manipulate objects with her mind. She has near master control over this due to honing it and training it from the day she could speak. This allows her to use this power to achieve a variety of other effects other than simply lifting and throwing objects around.
Drawbacks:
-Technokinesis: She is unable to use this power to manipulate anything made of the alloy, Coltan, for some odd reason. If she is in contact with Coltan it will also nullify this ability. This ability also requires a piece of technology to use it on as it is useless without it.
-Super Intelligence: Once again this is reliant on the things she has to work with. Otherwise this only serves it's purpose well in an IQ test or a Game Show.
-Telekinesis: High level beta particles for some strange reason nullify this ability. Higher level powers such as the White Hole Blast or Temporal Singularity will also require outstanding amounts of energy that will severely weaken her and stop her using any of her other abilities as well as doing anything that would consume energy.
-General Weaknesses: Generally weak to anything any other human is such as being shot, stabbed, blown up, irradiated, bludgeoned, electrocuted, set on fire and all that type of stuff. Also has an allergy to Roses.
