Iran moving troops into Syria: Not going to be tolerated, operations already underway to stop it.

Venezuelan Coup: President extracted, operations underway to get the country back loyal.

Chinese Self Air Defense Zone: Not going to be tolerated, trying to diplomatically get this solved as no one is going to adhere by it.

Pakistan stopping US drone strikes: Fully agreeded, waste of money and resources that we can now save.

I completely disagree. China's policy is that RoC is China. They would take it by force if the opportunity arose. Allowing China strategic gains in the East China Sea would be a direct threat to the sovereignty of RoC. Give them an inch and they'll take a mile.

but you cant punish China for putting up defenses in their own country. I would understand if they sent out a fleet to the South China Sea Islands or started threatening Taiwan but they haven't done anything yet. Now China can easily say you are provoking them.

The new air defence zone put up by China overlaps with older, traditional air defence zones of both Japan and South Korea. China is provoking by expanding their zone into the zones of other states. They have threatened civil and military air traffic over international airspace, a violation of international law which can be brought before the UN. To fly freely above open water is a recognized international principle.

Also, China stated they deployed their new aircraft carrier into the zone as well as military aircraft. The new defence zone encompasses the Japanese land territory of Senkaku and an island in South Koreas exlusive economic zone.

China is clearly the aggressor. Japan will take no hostile action but continue to exert its sovereign right to fly over international waters unimpeded. If China takes action, then they have broken the law and must be held accountable. Remember, Japan is not extending it's zone or changing any of its boundaries, China is.

I now understand what you mean Japan. I expected the Defense zone to be closer to china but it takes up the entire sea between Japan and Taiwan.

Yeah we still recognize China's traditional air defence zone, just not the new addition which jabs right out into the sea far away from their territory.

It's litterly another version of calling Taiwan Chinese Taipei, only with the air. China is self-proclaiming things that other countries don't recognize, which is very problomatic.

Government Updates
After deciding it was better to completely privatize healthcare, Germany has also decided to privatize Social Security. The privatization of healthcare saves Germany nearly 287 billion euros, and nearly twenty billion more in Social Security. Given that Germany's deficit is €28 billion, Germany now has a massive government surplus, of 279 billion euros.

Germany has announced that the taxes will not drop, due to the 2 trillion dollar debt Germany has. This year, the 279 billion euros will be donated to the scientists in Southern France who are working on a "Nuclear Fusion" reactor. Germany hopes the extra money will have the reactor ready before the year 2020. After this year, the budget will be modified to possibly make an increase in spending, and then use any surplus to pay off some of its debt.

I already fixed my budget a long time ago, and this isn't effective until the 2015 fiscal year, which I think, for Germany, is the same as the calendar year. This post and the one about defense are not effective until 2015. I hope there is no confusion.

Don't forget the vice versa - Taiwan claims the entire Chinese mainland as its sovereign territory, and a few chunks of China's western neighbours that even the Commies haven't claimed (bits of Afghanistan, etc.)

Germany is building its military massively. I've put in orders for a supercarrier. Germany in its current state is more than capable of defeating you, even without the EU. Leave countries alone or there will be hell to pay.
