Russia and USA would pound you into oblivion.
And because, I have a strong stance against China in real life, and now that I control a country that has say in the world, I'm showing my disdain.
And Hong Kong is the ONLY reason China got to where it was at. China was nothing country until Hong Kong got ceeded back, and the World Player appeared.

North-Korea: I absolutely refuse to war South Korea unless they declare war first, for future reference.

You obviously have no understanding of history or geopolitics. China has been the dominate civilization for most of history. Yes it was even more powerful than the Roman Empire at its height. It only in around1500s when Spain became the first global power that China began to fall back. Eventually Spain fell and Britain rose and brought European civilization to its peak but then came the great wars which brought the continent to its knee's and then we have America and that's where we are today. Modern China (post communist take over) has always been a global player the communist government was able to develop China rather quickly due to the fact that China has a lot of people which means a lot of money and a lot of exports. In the Cold War china can reasonably be considered the third player both USSR and US were very worried about China going on the other side. The reason Hong Kong was given to china is because china pressured the UK to give it to them. Hong Kong has had no effect on China and will not have a big effect on china in the future .

1: I do
2: *most*
3: Not necessarily. It was when it was controlled by Mongolia
4: Modern China would be nothing if it wasn't for Hong-Kong, I promise.
5: Post-Hong-Kong

Describe the Government system: The Democratic People's Republic of Korea is a Dominant Party Juche state. The dominant party is the Workers' Party of Korea which adopts the idea of Juche. Juche which main motto is ""man is the master of everything and decides everything" can be seen as a Marxist-Leninist-Maoist style system with an emphasis on the Korean people and their culture. This emphasis is to maximize the effectiveness of the ideas of Marx Lenin and Mao for the Korean people by adding political independence, economic self-sustenance, and self-reliance in defense. The country on a national level is ran by a unicameral parliament, the Supreme People's Assembly which is the final destination for a proposal before it is passed and becomes the law.
Describe the economy: The economy is heavily centralized to prevent things such as exploitation of workers. Centralization basically means that the government has control over all industries and there are no private owners of a company. This middle man eliminates a large sum of money in the prices which enables the prices of items to be cheaper then they would if there was privatization. The economy is recovering from a long depression which started in the early 1990s when they virtually lost all of their major trading partners in Eastern Europe. After the loss of their major trading partners the DPRK was forced to change their approach to trading with nations that do not share their morales and ideals. The main exports for the DPRK are minerals, metallurgical products, manufactures (including armaments), textiles, agricultural and fishery products, coal, iron ore, limestone, graphite, copper, zinc, and lead which they trade with their three major trading partners, China, Republic of Korea, and India. The GDP is $40 billion and per capita is $1,800. The GDP by sector are as follows: 43.1% in industry, 33.6% in services, 23.3% in agriculture and fisheries. The standard of living in the North has raised tremendously since the depression in the 90s, the blackouts have been stopped, the people are able to get food at a very cheap price since food is a necessity, and medical care has increased dramatically in the past few years due to advances in science and the boost in the economy.
Describe the state of Foreign Affairs: The DPRK is generally isolated from the world but does maintain relations with China, Cuba, Iran, Syria, Venezuela, Bolivia, Belarus, and Russia
Describe the state of the nation internally: (Just how it's doing in general, basically) Since Kim Jong-un took power, the DPRK has seen an increase in the quality of life. However, the Worker's Party of Korea is facing few issues within their party. With Songun not being needed, the few politicians which gained their power by military rank are fighting to keep their position while others fighting to remove them since their presence is no longer needed.
Any additional notes: To prevent claims of "godmodding" I must emphasis the amount of reserves the Korean People's Army has, they have over 8 million in their reserves due to the Songun (Military First Policy). However, these reserves are specifically designed only to be used in the events of an invasion from say the United States, South Korea, or Japan. These 8 million in reserve serve as militia for their towns and cities. The reserves are not as well trained and armed as the main army but they do provide a huge boost in the KPA's fight to defend the DPRK from an invader. The main army which is deployed is designed for both defense and offense.

Marshal KIM JONG UN has announced that he will be preparing visits throughout the countryside to see what needs to be done to boost the countries industry output. He plans to kick off this trip on February 10th in Anju which is north of Pyongyang. Marshal KIM JONG UN is planned to arrive at Anju's town hall by motorcade where he will meet the local leaders on what needs to be done to boost Anju's output in their coal production. He also hopes that his visit will also boost the morale of the workers to do even better then what they are doing and to inspire the children that no matter what the job they will be doing in the future, that they will still be very important and that they are the backbone which keep the DPRK standing tall against all other nations. In other news, Marshal KIM JONG UN has extended an invitation to new Chinese President Xi Jinping to visit the country and to see the many beautiful things the DPRK has and he hopes that this will tighten the bond between the two nations and to return to the friendship that both nations had when both founders, Chairman Mao Tse-Tung and Eternal President KIM IL SUNG were still alive.

Still, Hong Kong doesn't equal China. More people live in Shanghai, more government structures are in Beijing, etc.

China traded with the west before it got Hong Kong in 1999. Hong Kong is not the only trade port in china it's not even the biggest
Macau also has it's own government. Hong Kong is not important
