In addition, he can be blunt, sarcastic, and quite sadistic, revealing a psychotic grin or laughing maniacally whenever he becomes excited sometimes, or eerily silent, cold and disdainful at other times. He is also very rude and quite disrespectful at times, and mockingly polite, cunning and manipulative at others. He's often serious, yet at the same time disdainful of others, often laughing when opponents claim that they can defeat him. He possesses both a superiority complex and an inferiority complex. He sometimes considers most other people weaker, and beneath him. He treats them as you might expect, yet when he believes others to be stronger, or they have proven themselves to be stronger- very few will at that, since he sometimes overestimates himself, Kemmler obsesses over them, wanting to become as strong as them, yet also seeming fanatical towards them, and perhaps as scared of them. A few other things.
Short Bio:Born in 1519, in Heidelberg. Heinrich belonged to a relatively wealthy noble family in the Holy Roman Empire. He proved from an early age, an interest in the occult and the supernatural, often spending large amounts of time in Heidelberg library- and studying many of the occult texts therein, and at sites of mystical power around Heidelberg. Heinrich took an interest in the more military aspects of things too, as he was born in a Europe covered in nations at conflict, warring and backstabbing without limit. That was a conflict that engulfed much of Europe, and dragged his attention to such things so that he became quite proficient with gun and blade. Often with an avid interest in women, which could sometimes be seen as a weakness. He proved to be skilled in political manoeuvring, sometimes dealing skilfully with potential threats from other noble houses. He always showed a sinister side, and it was he who was responsible for certain nasty murders and macabre rituals committed in that city; a trait of his that would mark events both major and seemingly unimportant in the centuries to come.
Heinrich later moved from place to place, with his skills in necromancy he had reason to profit from conflict, with the supply of potential servants that it offered. He may have orchestrated plenty of conflicts across the world in his time, including both world wars, during which he may have appeared and been known as important individuals in such wars, and some of the more infamous and sadistic murderers through the mid 1600s to modern day may have been him. So far, he has died at least seven times, fortunately for him, none of the myriad array of adversaries of the mortal or supernatural kind he has encountered and faced over the years has managed to kill him on a Halloween, and indeed, most are unaware of that weakness. Still, dying is unpleasant for him nonetheless, and it helps his sanity little, and increased his hatred for whatever caused his evidently temporary demise, tenfold. It's suspected The latest three of those deaths were in the 1890's, again in the conclusion of WW2 and more recently in 1961. He has encountered a wide range of supernatural creatures and beings, and has traveled to a wide range of locations of supernatural import over his lifetime.
He often changed political allegiance; even though he was heavily behind the Nazis- to such an extent that he was behind several necromantic cults in the SS other facets of the Nazis, and related organizations like the Thule Society, he was also involved in numerous post war terrorist organisations in West Germany like the Red Army Faction. Also, the IRA, Euskadi Ta Askatasuna, Batasuna, GRAPO, Rewolucyjni Mściciele, BBET, Shining Path, EPP, FARC–EP, Al-Qaeda, LRA, and other organizations that often used violent tactics to get their goals, thus resulting in strife and death, the cause of which was Kemmler's intent. Groups of organized crime, like Mafia in various countries, also had connections to him. As did shady paramilitary organizations like Georgia's(the country) Mkhedrioni. Over the years, Heinrich has influenced the world greatly, and there are several large and secretive organizations that worship him and his acolytes. Most prominently, a fairly secretive Nazi organization he created, called Schwarz Reich Vernichtung Legion, or Black Empire Annihilation Legion. He wrote, and self published, the book The Word of Heinrich Kemmler among other magical texts including The Blood of Kemmler, The Mind of Kemmler, and The Heart of Kemmler. In The Word of Kemmler he spelled out the recipe for the Darkhallow, and thus, the few copies of it that exist are highly sought after. After all, it is a key to great power for necromancers, and many of those sorts are power-hungry. Other than him, and an adviser spirit of his that helped him figure out how to initiate a Darkhallow in the first place, that is the only way to gain access to knowledge of the ritual.
Kemmler practices what he called 'true magic' in which magic is used to control life and death. His main focus was necromancy, for which Kemmler had several people; acolytes who followed in his footsteps and practices the darker arts. The most notable of those include Corpsetaker, Grevane, and Kumori, as well as some key members of the Nazis, and certain occult individuals affiliated to them. He was on good terms with Mengele, though Kemmler tended to regard his methods as crude and his ideals amusing, compared to himself. Kemmler is renowned in the supernatural community, and has been deemed such a risk that entire organizations dedicated to destroying people such as him, hunt him in order to carry out their judgement. Heinrich now seeks further ways to add to his power and effect world events in ways large and small.

Group/Faction/Organisation Name: Schwarz Reich Vernichtung Legion
Leader: Sterbenführer Thaddäus Kemmler (The name he goes by there)
Number of Members: It's at around 15,800 members, since the organization recruited in secret during the 30s, and kept going since. A fair number of the organisation's forces are not necessarily human, or if they are, then they were enhanced whenever possible. One particular battalion, is composed entirely of vampires. Necromancers also have a fair presence.
Head Quarters: Wewelsburg castle in Germany, the said castle also being the HQ of the SS in the past, and a site of occult happenings.
Type of Faction: Terrorist Organisation
Description: Originally created in the late 20s and early 30s, around the time a few other groups connected with the Nazis were coming into ascendency, including the Thule Society and the Vril Society, this organization had heavy ties with the SS, and likewise combined military, occult and philosophy into its base doctrines. Though the end of the first world war was seen as something of a setback to most, the general outcome was in fact not particularly important to Kemmler and his followers; all that he and the higher ups in the organization desired, was to cause death, destruction and war, in order to become even more powerful. Though they would have preferred that Germany had conquered those who fought against it in the war, that was not their only goal. Despite crackdowns on neo-Nazi groups here and there over the last few decades, the Schwarz Reich has gradually grown in power and numbers, with the recent conflicts and wars perhaps empowering Kemmler and his followers even more.

Combatants in an organization are limited to less than 500 as stated in the OP. Your app allows me to infer that there are multiple battalions which usually number in the hundreds. I think you only have room for one battalion.

This is not a corporation. If it is owned by one person it is a sole proprietorship, a private company. And usually companies can't really get that big and powerful without IPOs and issuing shares of equity. But there is Koch Industries and Cargill which are huge. Though these companies are pretty far down the list when it comes to the world's largest companies in terms of revenue. Cargill is the largest private company and its at 31 compared to all companies.

My bad. Proper term is company then?

Yeah, a company. Mine is a company too but the way they are organized is different. There's sole proprietorships (like yours), partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations (mine). Since it has been around for a while it is more plausible that it got as big as it did without equity sales. Though they'd probably have the amount of debt an average company would have on its balance sheet which isn't bad. Tash-Kishuzin Corporation saw a rapid rise and is newer so they definitely have shares floating around the market. You may also change the size.

Thanks for the corrections after summoning the internet I discovered the organizations of business. The size I am going to reduce just a bit for the sake of manageability, but otherwise it will be about the same. With the proper terminology in place.

Powers: Shapeshifting, Necromancy/Death Force Manipulation. Dark Arts. Enhanced Senses, Strength and Speed. Regeneration/Reforming. Demonic Force Manipulation.
Skills: Skilled with various weapons, from guns to swords. Politics; manipulative. Leadership.
Weaknesses: Doesn't reform on Halloween, insane, weak to life energy, life magic, light magic, light energy, some other stuff that necromancers are weak to, feels pain just like a normal human, despite regenerative capabilities n' all that. Arrogant. Enochian Magic. Holy Energy/Magic. Something hidden in the bio.
PersonalityEvil, dark humour, sadistic, bloodthirsty. Manipulative. Arrogant, can sometimes be angered easily, though it depends on circumstances. His personality is rather odd, and can change from one thing to another. Brutal, impulsive, excessively-violent personality and a lethally-short temper. However, despite his aggression and obvious blood lust in battle, he possesses a feral cunning and has a knack for quickly exploiting any opening his opponent reveals.

Any Additional Info?: (Optional)

Number: 3000
SCP Class: Keter
Powers: SCP-3000 has been observed to possess armour proof against anything up to a 120mm smoothbore tank cannon and wire-guided AT missiles and capable of ramming through 50cm thick reinforced concrete walls and containment doors.
Weaknesses: Upon contact with sand, snow, ice or temperatures above 27c or below 1c SCP-3000 will immedately freeze in place along with all occurrences of SCP-3000-A. SCP-3000 is terrified of water and will avoid all contact with water no matter what.
Weapons: SCP-3000 is armed with a 88mm KwK 43 cannon that fires 88mm shells referred to as 'SCP-3000-A'. Two 7.62 HMGs are also present on SCP-3000, but no record exists of these being used.
Appearance:(Image)
Personality: SCP-3000 is a gruff, no-nonsense object that communicates over the radio frequencies 33.8 MHz to 38 MHz when it communicates with German SCP staff. SCP-3000 has been noted to refuse to communicate with any non-German SCP personel for unknown reasons.
Short Bio: SCP-3000 was originally isolated after the mysterious deaths of several night guards and tourists at Aberdeen Proving Ground, US, from shrapnel on the same spot. No shells were present within 2 miles of the site. After the mysterious deaths continued, the Foundation moved in and swiftly scanned all objects within 7 meters of the spot the deaths occurred at.
Brief radio interference on the frequency 38MHz from SCP-3000 led to the SCP's isolation and removal to Facility 16. SCP-3000 was placed under standard SCP protocols but almost immedately attempted to escape, roaring into life and ploughing out of Facility 16 despite the best attempts of SCP personnel to stop SCP-3000 with various AT weapons that had been issued to the facility.
Upon exiting the facility, SCP-3000 stopped directly outside the gate as a small ford was present and upon SCP-3000 halting personel were able to subdue SCP-3000 and return it to it's enclosure which was reinforced with a small moat dug around the edge of the enclosure to prevent SCP-3000 escaping due to it's deep fear of water.
